ユンボセンターから近くて便利。大通り側の入口も24時間通行可能にしてくれると有り難い。 スタッフもフレンドリーでgood!

Hotel pulito con tutti i servizi, La posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro di Maspalomas. Il personale è molto gentile, soprattutto i ragazzi del servizio bar e colazione. Anche gli ospiti sono tutti gentile e molto amichevoli, cosa che fa sempre piacere. Bello il giardino, le piscine, sauna e bagno turco, lettini e palestra. A 5 minuti a piedi c'è il Yumbo Centrum con molti negozi e ristoranti. Consiglio questo hotel a chiunque voglia fare una vacanza rilassante.

It was fine, hotel is feeling a bit dated and certain things like the air con need maintenance. The couple who were in my room before me overheard my check in and commented that the air con was noisy and not effective, this had not been remedied for them and was not for myself either. The kitchenette is basic but appreciated. I feel like there is a certain amount of cashing in on the pink pound with expensive bar drinks quite expensive stay for what you are receiving. Rooms feel like they need TLC with dated design, aircon that does not work well and the mattresses are hard as a rock. The gym isn't too bad, good size but very limited number of weight plates but some of the machines again are quite dated. Its not a bad stay, but feel for the price it could be a lot better.

Ottima posizione per il Jumbo centrum, riferimento serale. A pochi minuti di taxi, a prezzo contenuto, per raggiungere le dune di sabbia. Buona colazione a buffet. Camera silenziosa. Piscina interna ottima con possibilità, gratuita, di avere i teli mare della struttura. Personale sempre educato e gentile

One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Check-in took around 40 minutes due to incredibly slow and disorganised staff. The room was dated, dirty and poorly maintained. Every shower flooded the bathroom and water ran into the living area. The air conditioning stopped working for most of our stay, and despite repeated complaints we were given little information or updates. Other guests told us it had been broken for over a week. We were eventually given a fan, and the AC only worked for our final two nights. We also had to kill at least two large cockroaches in our room almost every morning. The breakfast was poor with very limited quality or choice. The pool and surrounding grounds are tired, messy and in desperate need of cleaning and repainting. There was also a constant sewage smell around the hotel, and the towels looked old and worn out. This hotel is nothing like the photos and certainly not worth the money.

Hotel un peu vieux, mais bien trop cher en haute saison .les installations de relaxation hors service sur les 15 jours passes sur place , jacuzzi et sauna froids, hamam en travaux. Tout est en supplement même l eau , A eviter en haute periode !!! Restaurant tres moyen ! !

The Wi-Fi was not working for four days, and the issue was still not resolved by the time we left. We have stayed at Axel hotels several times in the past and have generally had good experiences. However, this was by far the worst experience we’ve had regarding Wi-Fi service. As frequent travelers, we rely on internet access during every trip, so the lack of a working connection throughout most of our stay was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I like the Axel for the vibe. While the rooms could use a little refresh, the place is clean, the gym is well appointed and the pool area is great to hang out around. The staff are friendly in every department I encountered- housekeeping, pool, reception. As always I like its commitment to its queer clientele.

Amazing 10 day stay at Axel Beach, as it always is. Aythomi super accommodating to us on arrival, room super clean, cleaning staff are amazing! Shout out to the two guys serving at the pool bar, really great facilities and you really can whatever holiday you want here, had chance to be sociable, but also have some alone time. We have come back many times over the years to Axel Beach, and will continue to do so! Well done on having the great foundations, but even more so for having such brilliant staff.

El personal es resolutivo y excepcional. Sin embargo la limpieza cuando entré en la habitación era cuestionable. Y había un olor a cerrado realmente desagradable que no se fue en los 5 días que estuve allí. Las chicas de la limpieza son super majas y te asisten en todo lo que pides, son realmente maravillosas. Sin embargo el hotel tiene que hacer realmente un esfuerzo para actualizar las habitaciones. Están muy usadas y una reforma no estaría mal, así como doble ventana en las habitaciones que dan a la calle. El constante sonido de los coches es algo evitable. Gracias.

Clean and nice hotel. Great location. Good value, but slightly dated

Very dated and old property. Pictures are deceiving. Not worth the money you're paying , can get better accommodations with more amenities, including breakfast.

Staff was very nice. Everything is kinda old. Room didn’t smell nice. It’s really ok but not more.
