総合評価とレビュー The Amsterdam Canal Hotel

This is a small hotel but it is very clean, modern, and very beautiful. Staff are very friendly. We booked a room with canal view and we enjoyed the stay so much! Breakfast was nice too! However, it was very noisy because we could hear the stepping sound whenever there is somebody walked by. And we heard loud music from the next building at 4am until 8am. We couldn't sleep well at all.

Good; near the tram station, be able to walk to Rijks Museum, comfortable bed and big bathroom (with jaccuzzi bath) Not so good; a bit far from the shopping areas and restaurants, very narrow stairs and difficult to carry big luggages to upstairs

We stayed here for only 2 nights and if we were to stay longer we would have cancelled. The air conditioner did not work and we were on the top floor. It was way too hot to sleep. They provided a fan which did not do much. We had to keep the window open to make it bearable but the area is so loud at night we did not sleep a wink the entire time. The afternoon bar with wine and snacks was nice. However I would not stay here again if the A/C is not working. They should not be booking the rooms with no A/C. Very disappointing.

We had a wonderful view of the canal from our window. The breakfast in the morning was very handy and the eggs cooked to order were good. There was a rare heat wave (high of 87 F) and the air conditioning was fantastic. The room was cramped for 2 people ( sit on bed to use laptop) and the bed a bit lumpy and hard. Overall very pleasant.

The hotel is in a good spot in the city however having no lift and arthritis i was pleased i inly had to go down 1 flight of stairs with the cases now my main problem was the room had no privacy for going to the toilet the toilet wall was see-through even though i was with my wife i like a little privacy so i would choose a different hotel next time had no problem with the staff

Great location

Perfect night to recharge after a long journey. Room was big with a comfortable bed. Loved it!

Amsterdam is for walking so not too challenging there. The Rijk Museum is very close and so are a few otehrrs. It is a it far from the downtonw area, but walking distance. There a few supermarkets nearby.

The manager or rather hotel customer service to customers is very very terrible. My experience with you all is bad been staying in hotels round the world as a traveller and I also give honest review. The review I’m giving now is based on the service I had with this hotel considering the fact of what happened to me on my visa as a foreigner. You people didn’t even assist me by making things easy for me and still took my 2 night that I was asking for my sister to use and eat or change of booking with the two night left. Is unfair. A great hotel, in a great position. Located in the south of the city, near a metro station (for links to the rail network and the airport) and near the market. The more touristy/central area is around a 15-20 minute walk. We plan to visit the city again and will definitely look to stay at this hotel again.

Nice staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfortable. Happy hours there is also great, nice to socialize with other guest.

The room was clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Room was hot as fan did not have heavy air flow. We unplugged the fridge it helped remove heat source. Used the dehumidifier it put out hot air but more cool then hot and opened window but loud outside. We would stay here again but ask to stay on first floor. Spiral staircase wears tough with luggage.

안 좋은 점: 제가 갔을 때에는 건물 외벽이 공사중이었습니다. 창 밖을 보면 철책으로 인부들이 오르내리는 프레임이 있어서 미관상 보기 안 좋았습니다. 그리고 계단의 경사가 심한데 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 짐을 가진 여행객이나 거동이 불편한 사람은 이용이 어려울 것 같습니다. 좋은 점: 오후에 바에서 제공하는 해피아워가 있으며, 이때 맥주를 비롯한 음료수를 무료로 마실 수 있습니다. 바에서 연결된 테라스가 운하를 바라볼 수 있어 분위기가 좋았습니다.

Lovely hotel, beautiful room with balcony. Comfortable good sized bed.

We had a great stay. Nothing fancy but clean, easy Metro access, walking distance to all attractions. Would definitely stay there again. There is no elevator so you may have to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. Wasn’t a big deal.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Happy Hour in netter Atmosphäre mit Blick auf die Gracht. In der nahen Umgebung viele schöne kleine Restaurants.
