Hôtel sale, le soit disant point fort de la piscine : piscine en réfection, et aucun transat. Service restaurant sushi : dessert immangeable, serveuse incompétente et désagréable (a cassé le bouchon de la bouteille de vin en le débouchant). Hôtel soit disant 5 étoiles : ressemble plus à un dortoir, sans aucune personnalité. Mieux vaut aller à l’hôtel Movich juste au dessus.

I’m so glad I stayed at this hotel. The location is nice with great restaurants. The staff was going above and the beyond to help. I will definitely come back. The beds are so comfortable.

Muy caro el valor de la noche, para lo q ofrece el hotel, no es un hotel 5 estrellas, como se promociona, la atención mala, el personal de recepción y restaurante, displicente, poco diligentes, servicio en general lento, muy demorado todo, el arreglo de la habitación nunca fue antes de la 1pm

La cortina de la ducha se quedó por fuera de la tina y al bañarme se salio el agua dejando mojado todo el baño, como no tuve acompañante para la entrega de la habitacion sugiero se ponga un aviso para que esto no pase. Todo lo demás fue excelente!
