基本的に部屋は綺麗で、雪の降る日でしたが部屋も暖かく快適でした。上の階の人の足跡や椅子を引く音、隣の部屋の方々の会話が弾んでいる音はかなり聞こえてきましたが。

Banffよりcanmoreが安くて、選んでよかった❗ 部屋は清潔でシャワーも湯量たっぷり。 カルガリーからレンタカーだったので、不便もなし。 国立公園へのアクセスもバンフと変わらない。

Room was big and spacious, clean, front desk staff were very friendly too. This place has an awesome very hot, hot tub. I find some aren't hot enough. Its also a great location to stay.

Need some cleaning of the bathroom sink taps, not in good condition, the rest of the satay is good.

We came in with low expectations and were so pleasantly surprised! Customer service was amazing from the minute we checked in until we checked out. We stayed 2 nights and the rooms were very clean and we had lots of towels for our stay. The park is a cute added touch and the hot tub and sauna were so great for a relaxing end to our day. We would definitely be back

Good staff! Good value for the money! Accommodating. Very nice and comfortable hot tub! With a great view! Nice little are. Just be careful going down the hot tub stairs! A little slippery. But I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

We had our first room, it was fine but it didn’t feel very clean, so many things broken, bathroom fan falling off the ceiling, lights broken in the kitchen, heat wouldn’t shut off. They moved us into another room and it was absolutely perfect! It felt so much better even from the moment we walked in and the bonus is we got an extra bathroom! I was so thankful that they were able to accommodate us.
