空港、観光、ビーチ、レストラン、等 全てにおいて便利。 レセプションも、親切で、女性一人旅でも安心、安全でした。

目の前が海で眺めが良く、バス停もすぐそば。レストランも多くて立地は最高です。アパートメントなのでヘッドルームが２つとキッチンとダイニングが別にあって兎に角広い。シャワーしかありませんでしたが、お湯はたっぷり出ました。

Nice location, just near the beach and restaurant area. Huge room for one but enough for family. Kitchen and refrigerater are installed for long stay. At the balcony, you see great sceanary if ocean view is selected. Some noise from outside but not really cared.

２泊で利用。 スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで気持ちよく滞在できた。 チェックイン時間より前の12時半頃に到着したが、快くチェックインさせてくれた。ドライヤーを借りる時も、バスについて尋ねた時も、チェックアウト後に荷物を預けた時も、気持ちの良い対応だった。 部屋は水回りの古さは否めないが、価格を考えるとこれも許容範囲内。ただ、バスタブの栓がどこにもなく、せっかくバスタブがあったのに風呂につかれなかった。 最高なのは立地で、バス停が目の前にあるので、ニコシアに行くのにも、空港に行くのにもとても便利だった。 また、ビーチも目の前にあり、バルコニーで海から昇る朝日を見ることができた。 水回りで妥協できれば、とても良いホテルだと思う。

隣にSun Hall Beach Hotelというホテルがあるので初めての人は間違えやすい。 コンドミニアムタイプで台所もついていてスペースもかなり広かった。 バルコニーからの眺めも良く賑やかな海岸沿いの風景を満喫できた。

空港バス425番やパフォス、リマソール、ニコシア方面のインターシティバスのバス停から徒歩2分と大変便利な立地ですし、海水浴場も徒歩3分、ホテル周辺には飲食店が軒を連ねているので何不自由なく過ごせます。ですので、夜中まで賑やかな音が鳴りやまないので、静かに滞在したい方には不向きかもしれません。私は利便性を最優先にしていたので、大変満足でした。

最上階（7階）の723号室でした。リビングルームもバスルームもベッドルームもバルコニーも全て広く、非常に快適な7泊でした。キッチンは食器から調理器具から冷蔵庫まで全て揃っていて、さながら自分の家のように過ごすことができました。ひとつだけ文句をつけるとすれば、包丁（ナイフ）の切れがイマイチだったことぐらいでしょうか。必ず再訪します。 I was staying on the 7th Floor for 8 days. The livingroom, the bathroom, the bedroom, the balcony... everything was large and confortable. The kitchen has pans, dishes, a fridge... I really do want to stay here again, the next time much longer.

徒歩圏に飲食店等が揃っており、滞在には便利。「スイート」に泊まりましたが設備はいまいちでした。お風呂はお湯が出るまでにかなり時間を要します？

Intercityバスや路線バスの停留所が目の前で便利。部屋は簡素な家具だが広く、長期滞在に便利な用意がされ、冷蔵庫など有難い。長期滞在向けなので、タオルやシーツを変える周期が長いのは注意だが、スタッフも親切。

ビーチ沿いにあり、インターシティバス、空港バス、とも乗降に便利。また、市内の主な観光スポットが徒歩範囲にある。アパートホテルなので、部屋はスイート形式で広く、バスタブ、冷蔵庫、ミニキッチン、食器が備わり、長期滞在には便利であろう。一方、サービス面では、電気のアダプターが無いとか、スタッフは市内観光スポットやバス交通情報をあまり知らないとか、恐らく顧客ニーズに応えるための関心が欠如しているようだ。

The apartment has a perfect location, but it definitely needs renovation

We have been to these apartments 5 times. This time we had 2 rooms as our young adult children shared a different room. They made sure we were next door which was great as that meant they upgraded one room. We love it here for the location, balcony views, good little kitchen and good air con and clean. So why 4 stars - this is because there was a 3-day delay fixing one aircon unit and a bathroom door due to issues getting hold of their maintenance person which was not great. But otherwise all good and we would come again. I do think some of the rooms will soon need work on them and one oddity was a newish kitchen had only one plug socket for 4 appliances! There is a car park next door at 8 euros a day or a feee one 5 mins walk away.

Excellent air con in our apartment and excellent room service. Perfect location.

Terrible place nothing up dated in rooms non of balcony doors locked air conditioning don’t work properly paint and plaster falling off in bathroom handle snapped on wardrobe and chipped only good thing bed was nice and clean place wants knocking down

Stayed for one night as holiday villa unavailable for that night. Marilou was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Arranged a taxi from the airport to the hotel for our party of six. Location is perfect. We’d have no hesitation in staying here again.

Great location. Apartments are nice and big. Staff lovely and friendly

mega comfy beds, cold aircon, clean roomy bathroom, kitchen lacked space and utensils and the restraunts near by are really noisy from Thursday-sat with live music playing outside until 3am! the staff are freindly and the maids work really hard.

Good place for short budget trip.
