ハイドパークが目の前 広々とゆったりしたお部屋で快適でした。でもひろすぎて暖房で部屋が暖まるまで時間がかかりました。チェックインまえからスチームをつけておいていただけるとよかったです。

コンシェルジュが何人も常駐しており、ロンドン生活のあらゆる相談も即解決してくれる機動力の高いサービスアパートメント＆ホテルです。旅全体で9日間の最終日に、老親が家庭の日本食を食べたがるだろうから台所がある場所に宿泊しよう、という発想から(残念なことに)最後に一泊だけしました。食材の買い出しできる場所を教えてもらったり、部屋の説明と台所の設備の説明などのしてもらい、家電機器のマニュアルは自分で読みながら無事調理できました。何より助かったのは、年に一度あるかないかの、地下鉄(TUBE)の全線24時間ストライキがある日にロンドン以外の都市から移動してくることになっていたので、ホテルのコンシェルジュに事前に連絡して、国鉄駅にハイヤーを手配してもらい、また当日膨大な人で溢れる駅から運転手と落ち合うまでの連絡もサポートしてもらうことができ極度の疲労は回避できました。なお、お部屋は1階(日本の二階)2LDK140平米ほどで、各居室にバストイレがあり、家族それぞれがゆっくり気兼ねなくお風呂を使えました。来年以降は2〜3家族でこのホテル(またはグループない別ホテル)に長期で泊まりたいですね。家具は少し古臭く、インテリアに凝ったデザイナーズホテルとはほど遠いですが、清潔で使い易く、長期滞在にも問題はありません。

We had a fantastic couple of days staying in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay and would happily return in the future.

The staff were amazing. We had some rough travelling with flights canceled and they really went above and beyond with service. Only negative is the price. But a property of this level is expensive.

Huge hotel apartments beautifully decorated!

Absolutely brilliant few days stay at the hotel. Craig, Mark, Alessandro and Carmen made us feel really welcome and helped out with any questions we had. The room was bigger than expected and had everything equipped and included. I would definitely return and would recommend to anyone especially when travelling with young kids as the kitchen included was a big help. A five star hotel with a family-friendly feel. Location was also perfect for us, about a mile from Buckingham Palace and on the doorstep of Hyde Park.

For the price of a deluxe room in a 5 stars hotel, you get two rooms and more than 150 sq ft of space at Cheval Thorney Court. This is real value for money.

Very comfortable and quiet with no disturbances.location is very good and near to shopping on high street Kensington and you can walk directly to the Hyde park.

Fantastic Aparthotel which defines privacy, good service, centrally located, great restaurants around the vicinity and above all, great people!!

Hotel was spacious, comfortable and clean, with attentive staff and good amenities. We especially liked having an in-unit washer-dryer, as it meant we could economize on packing.
