Very close to cetnral station and cathedral. Clearn room and kind staff.

駅からスーツケースを持って歩いて10分かからないくらいかな。便利です。部屋も清潔でモダン。スタッフもみんなやさしかったです。

評価基準：今回のドイツ旅行で宿泊した6か所の宿屋を相対的に評価します。 総合評価：４ 評価は５に近い４です。 ケルン中央駅を降りて、大聖堂前を通り、石畳街を歩いていると今日の宿屋に到着します。 内装はとても現代的で綺麗です。 スタッフ：４ 客室が限られている分、スタッフの手が隅々まで届いていると思います。 日本的な丁寧なサービスが受けられますので、とても満足できます。 こちらからの質問の意図をしっかりと捉えて応えてくれていたわけではなかったので、▲１としました。 ホテルの設備およびコンディション：４（部屋の快適度：４） 新しいホテルのせいか、設備自体がとても「かたい」です。 ・入り口のドアは床の絨毯に引っ掛かります。 ・トイレ・浴室の引き戸はレールに油が引かれていないのか滑りにくいです。

便利で清潔感のあるホテル（ゲストハウス⁈）でした。 到着時刻が遅くなってしまい、入り口がクローズ。インターフォン越しに会話し、中に入るとカードキーと手紙が置いてあり、無事にチェックイン⁈できました。

何よりアクセスが良く、大聖堂周辺を観光するのに便利です。 部屋はモダンなデザインで、広さは十分。ティーサービス、ドライヤー、セキュリティボックス、冷蔵庫、ハンガーラックなどの設備も良く、ベッドも広くて快適でした。 デスクまわりも、電源やスイッチなどが1か所にまとまっていたので、パソコンを使用してのデスクワークや、携帯電話の充電などもしやすかったです。 バスタブがついていたらさらによかったですが、シャワーはお湯の出も良くてバスルームも清潔で問題はありません。 エレベーターがなかったのですが、チェックインの際はホテルの方に荷物を運んでいただけたので問題はありませんでした。

立地は駅や大聖堂から近く、分かりやすい。部屋も清潔感がありモダンでオシャレです。バスタブはありませんでしたが、使いやすいシャワールームがありとても良かったです。wifiも無料、グラスと栓抜きが用意されていて、さすがドイツ!!部屋でもビールが楽しめました。

規模は小さいが快適なホテル。

Tolles zentral und ruhig gelegenes kleines Hotel direkt in der Altstadt. Super nettes Personal und ein prima Frühstück mit vielen tollen Extras. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ideale Lage in der Kölner Innenstadt aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Ausgesprochen netter und persönlicher Service und tolles Frühstück. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

You MUST stay here if you're visiting Cologne! 😊 This hotel is perfectly located—just steps away from all the major sights and attractions. It backs onto a charming square filled with shops, restaurants, and cafes, and it's right next to the historic City Hall, giving you that authentic Cologne atmosphere right outside your door. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of sightseeing. But what truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. We had the pleasure of interacting with Francisco and Kai, both of whom went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their customer service was outstanding—no request was too much, and they always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was another highlight! A great spread overall, but the made-to-order omelettes were especially delicious and worth waking up for. All in all, this hotel was a perfect home base for our time in Cologne. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Klein, aber fein. Super sympathische Menschen und ein liebevolles Frühstück, das jedes 5*-Hotel in den Schatten stellt. Mein Zimmer zum Innenhof war herrlich ruhig und die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert.

Tolles kleines schickes modernes Hotel, mit einem kleinen leckeren Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl. Immer wieder gern, wenn wir Köln besuchen.

Das Zimmer verdient keinen Preis, ist eher Durchschnitt, aber das Frühstück war der absolute Hammer! Personal auch super nett.

Great central hotel with really helpful staff, would highly recommend

We loved our stay at Stern am Rathaus. Andy, Francisco, and Kai were very nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. On our first day, Andy went above and beyond to give us some great recommendations on things to do around Köln. The entire staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was great, location was GREAT! Will be staying here again on our next stay.

Great location, lovely room, wonderful breakfast, and a fantastic staff that went above and beyond to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back.
