Room had deck closed off but was not pleasant to see

Friendly staff. Good location to walk to restaurants and park w bike trail. No restaurant or bar operating currently as shown in listing. First room was tired, door to deck jammed, no screen. Deck furniture dirty, couldn’t use. Moved us to another room that was better, spacious ADA king suite w view from deck of fireworks. Breakfast was partially defrosted baked goods and prepackaged fruit cups. We found good bakeries nearby and made our own breakfast in room.

This hotel is outdated but the staff are okay. For the price I have paid it is not worthy it. I don’t blame for the hotel but I definitely overpaid via hotels.com because the receipt I got from the hotel was way much cheaper than I have booked on hotels.com.

We had a great stay and the jacuzzi tub in our room was great. We will definitely be returning again.

Staff was unbelievably kind and helpful! I would definitely stay here again because of the hospitality I received from Jackie and the other staff. Bed was comfy and room was clean

Good stay during inclement weather.

I wld stay again

We liked our corner room although the walls were very thin so we were awoken by our neighbors talking loudly the first night. The second night, after a long day of skiing we were looking forward to the hot tub but were told it was closed and to “try again tomorrow.” The third night we did go in the hot tub and it was pretty dirty and didn’t appear to have been cleaned in awhile.

We had to change rooms because the old toilet wouldn't stop running in the first room. The second room was spotless except for the grout and cauking in the bathroom that was blackened. Everything else about the place was very good and very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The continental breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon that we weren't expecting. Overall we very happy with our stay.

Was a nice surprise to be upgraded to a room with a little kitchenette and living room with fireplace! Excellent value!

We were in town for a hockey tournament & I requested a room with two beds vs a king. My friend paid significantly less than me booking through Orbitz and she got a huge, clean, sweet. Our room smelled like stale cigarettes & cheap air freshener. After spending our evening in my friend’s suite we got back to our room, we’re getting ready for bed & could hear someone in the next room over coughing. IT WAS AWFUL.

This was an excellent place to stay and a true diamond in the rough. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating!

Free upgrade

Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good, but should be served earlier than 8am on the weekends. The rooms were spacious, but the heat was too hot in the rooms and could not be turned down. The indoor pool was more like a cold plunge and the filter in the hot tub needed to be changed. Located in a cute town, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The property is fine. I have come up here Christmas Eve for a number of years to go skiing at Stratton mountain. The property is clean and moderately priced.

Great place

Good

Our suite was beautiful, and had a nice view from the deck. The jacuzzi tub was big enough to fit 2 in. The bathroom was roomy with his/hers sinks and a decent sized shower. The indoor pool, hot tub and workout area were just a short distance away (we chose to drive it due to icy conditions.) The breakfast was somewhat limited but very good (toast, bagels, bacon, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee and juices.) We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. The only thing that wasn't working right was the fireplace, but they offered to come fix it and we refused the offer.
