総合評価とレビュー Olissippo Saldanha

去年宿泊してとても良かったので、今年もリスボン滞在時にこちらのホテルに決めました。 しかし去年とは別のホテルのようでした。 7泊しましたが、とてもガッカリさせられました。 気になった点 ①部屋に入ったら臭い。(シャワーカーテンの臭いが強烈) ②滞在中一度もシーツが変えられなかった。整えただけ。(ずっと同じ所にシミがあり、アイロンで伸ばされただけ)アパートメントですら2日に一度は変えてくれた。 ③フロントの男性の嫌な対応。 チェックイン時に説明も何もなく、とても冷たい対応。 他の客にはチェックアウト時に扉をあけ見送っていたにも関わらず、私達には無視。 去年対応してくれた女性スタッフは今回も感じが良かったが、チェックイン・アウト時はこの男性スタッフだった為、嫌な気分でホテルを出た。少し差別的な視線だった。 以上、もうこのホテルを使うことはないだろう。 去年良かっただけに本当に残念。

朝食のパンの種類が多くておいしかったです。 部屋は特別広くはないですが、清潔でした。少し残念だったのがシャワーを使う際に仕切りがないので、気をつけないとシャワールームのドアまわりも濡れてしまうことです。 中心部からは少し離れますが、ホテルから駅までも近いですし、バス一本でベレン地区までいけたので満足です。 スリッパとティッシュは置いてないです。

比較的新しく清潔な部屋だったので気持ち良く過ごせた。設備は概ね問題なかったが、ティッシュ、電気ポット、コンプリメンタリーのインスタントコーヒーがなかったのはマイナス。スタッフの対応も親切で丁寧。英語も上手に話せていたのでコミニケーションも問題なかった。朝食は種類は少なかったが美味しかった。全体的に十分合格点を与えていいレベルでした。

部屋にティッシュ、ケトルが欲しかった。 スタッフは最高だった。

清潔で親切でとても良かったです。 ポットなどの湯沸かし器があったらもっと嬉しかったです。

メトロの駅からすぐで，空港からもメトロで20分程度と便利です．今回は仕事だったので気になりませんでしたが，観光地からはちょっと外れていまが，レストランは徒歩圏にたくさんあります．静かで快適でした．

地下鉄サルダーニャ駅が近く、リスボン市内のどこへ行くにも便利です。このホテルに関して、事前に何も調べてなかったのですが、他の方も便利さに対して高く評価しているようで、選んで正解でした。私は一人て宿泊したので、バルコニーのない部屋でしたが、清掃中チラッと隣をのぞいたらバルコニーがあり、また、テーブルも用意してありました。家族で来るならバルコニー付きを予約したいです。朝食付きをお勧めします。ホテルのスタッフはみんな気さくで心地よく過ごせます。 バスタブはありめせん。なので、どうしても風呂につかりたい方にはお勧めしません。 私にはとてもよいホテルでした。

Great stay in Lisbon, in the business district so plenty of dining options and quiet at night and spacious rooms. Easy access on transport to and from the airport. Staff very welcoming and accommodating after our long flight for an early check in. Daily house keeping and fresh towels available appreciated. Most hotels across Portugal and Spain do not include kettles however we knew this in advance so was fine for us. Had breakfast onsite 1 day only, plenty of great options nearby including Simpli Coffee 7min walk. We went there 3 days!

Staff was very helpful.

Hotel has a good metro connection to the airport and the centre. The room was spacious and faced a local street which was quiet at night. You could hear your neighbours if they were noisy, but not normal talk. A/C system was good and TV had many international channels. Shower worked well and was big enough. Bed was comfy and large. Breakfast lady was friendly and breakfast was ok, with some local pastries. After being with hordes of other tourists in the centre it was nice to come back to hotel area for some local life. Good restaurants a few blocks up from the hotel (also right next to it but we didnt go into those) and supermarket right around the corner. The only thing is that the carpets were stained, so take slippers with you. Also there were clearly visible signs aging in chair, doors, bathroom.

The staff at Olissippo Saldanha went out of their way to help us. They recommended restaurants that were in easy walking distance that were exceptional!! Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They helped is arrange airport transportation that was reasonably priced and the driver was kind.

Spacious room, nice decor, clean bathroom. Nice area, felt safe. Metro was easy to use.

Very friendly staff. The room was very nice: spacious and a lot of light. Unfortunately, the carpet in the room had many stains and needed a good cleaning.

Great location for the Metro. Clean,sizeable room with a nice bathroom. Great for the price. Also we had a lovely breakfast included as an added bonus.

Good location, near metro station and buses, large comfortable room and bathroom, we even got a room with a balcony. The breakfast was very good. The are some good restaurants near the hotel, we liked “A Parte”.
