海側の部屋でした。 部屋から厳島神社(夜はライトアップされている)が見える景色が素晴らしく心が癒されました。 宮島の方々皆さんとても親切で食べ物は美味しい、景色は素晴らしい、パワーを頂けました。 また必ず宮島に行きたいと思います。

新型コロナの事もあると思いますが、清掃が行き届いていて、お部屋も廊下もとても綺麗でした。 ホテルの方々の話し方も親切で、優しさが伝わってきました。また利用したいです。

厳島内にあるきれいなホテル。スタッフの方々も明るい雰囲気でおすすめです。 スタッフの方が激しく打ち鳴らす和太鼓の演奏に感動しました。

従業員の方の対応がとても良かったです。

チェックイン後、部屋までエスコートしてくれましたが、スーツケースは持って貰えず、、 普通なら有り得ないですね。。 随所にその様なところが見られ、残念でした。

ホスピタリティのあるか快適なホテルです。 港からも近く便利です。 夕食は部屋でゆっくりと味わえましたが、朝食がバイキングで7時から9時までの2時間なので大変混み合い、慌ただしいのがマイナスです。 従業員の和太鼓は素晴らしく、総合的に満足出来るホテルです。

お食事がとても美味しくSTAFFもとても親切でした、夜の宮島は昼とうってかわり静かで、宮島内滞在をおすすめします

It’s definitely dated and very old school Japanese style but it’s incredibly charming and the location is beautiful. The kaiseki dinner was incredible. Staying for one night was perfect. My back couldn’t take more.

很舒服的飯店。距離港口很近走路7分鐘，這趟是蜜月之旅，櫃台有準備小禮物讓人很驚喜。服務上也很親切，留下很好的印象。餐點也很好吃很可惜只有一個胃。塌塌米的房間很特別。推薦來宮島旅遊的旅客

Ett trevligt hotell med perfekt läge med fantastisk personal. Det är dock ett lite slitet hotell, det saknas även AC på rummen.

Charming and traditional, a step away from the ordinary. The room was spacious and the bath ecperience was incredible.

The location of the hotel is very close to the shopping area and the shrine. Could use some updating and renovation but the friendly staff and the food were both excellent.

Good value for money as the onsen hotel is located at the centre of everything. Deco were a bit worn out, but acceptable. The only drawback was perhaps that being school holiday period wherefore plenty of kids were making the onsen bath their play pool. Not too relaxing when one soaks in an onsen with much "waves"
