I recently stayed at this motel for a short weekend trip and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth and quick. While the amenities were basic, everything I needed was there: a comfortable bed, clean towels, working heater, and free Wi-Fi that actually worked well. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for the price, it exceeded expectations. I’d definitely stay here again for a no-frills, comfortable, and very clean experience.

Comfortable bed

Whilst a bit off the Hume, the quietness was well worth it. Lovely and clean. Nice hosts. Happy to recommend.

This property is a distance from the center of Albury, and is not easy to find, even with navigation. It's on a hilltop and far from any restaurants or amenities. But if you only want quiet and don't care about amenities, this isn't a bad place. The manager leaves at 7pm, not a convenient time if you arrive in the early evening. Most motel managers are there until 8pm. The room itself was fine and convenient. But due to the remote location, we would not stay here again. We would stay closer to the center of Albury where the restaurants and cafes are.

Property was lovely and clean bed was comfortable good size room crockery was provided had a kitchen sink which is better than just having the bathroom to get water from mircowave toaster kettle everything you needed from a motel would definitely recommend and would stay there again

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Was pretty clean. Pool wasnt great and had too much chlorine in it. Other guests were very loud. Room needs to be refurbished. No breakfast available, as per description. Heafty price for the basics overall.

The current owners took over this hotel just over 2 yrs ago, and have inherited the previous owners positive reviews... unfortunately the place old, run down, dirty and requires vast amount of upgrades and maintenance. Upon arrival, I was getting a few things together in my vehicle before checking in, and I had the owners mother rudely come and ask what I was doing, why I parked out on the street, when I replied that I was staying at the hotel she quickly backed off. Booked a spa executive room, obviously because I wanted to use the spa after a long day travelling. Before using any hotel bath I always rinse it and run the jets, says alot about hotel cleanliness when my rinse flushes out the dead skin from previous guests...eeewww. Something that housekeeping should be sanitising after each guest. Refilled the spa, used it, then pulled the plug to drain the water. Within a min the water going down the bath drain, was coming back up through the floor drain, quickly flooding the bathroom and drenching the carpet. Called reception, the whole family had to come have a look (including their mother and kids) owners we quick to try a blame me, that their dodgy plumbing is somehow my fault. I even got questioned if I used the spa??? Well of course I'm going to use the spa, that's why I booked this room type. Moved to a family room, so old, so dated. Most uncomfortable bed, could feel the springs. This was apparently a free 'upgrade'. Owners keep pestering me all night.
