Rien à redire. J'ai trouvé cette résidence très bien... L'accueil et la propriété rien à redire... De plus c'est très près de la plage et il y a l'arrêt de bus en face ..

Nous avons séjourné récemment dans cet appart’hôtel et notre impression est plutôt mitigée. Les appartements sont propres (encore heureux, car il faut faire le ménage soi-même ou payer un supplément). C’est un bon point que les chiens soient acceptés. Toutefois, le service ressemble plus à celui d’un 3 étoiles qu’à un 4 étoiles, et le prix est relativement élevé pour les prestations limitées. De plus, on nous a un peu pressés de partir, malgré la basse saison. En résumé, c’est correct, mais certainement pas digne d’un véritable service 4 étoiles selon nous.

Nem parkering, har flere parkeringspladser ved gaden, og også parkeringskælder Virkelig fantastisk beliggenhed kort gåafstand til havet, lille gade med bager, slagter købmand osv lige om hjørnet.. Lidt overrasket over at man selv skulle klare slutrengøring, men det kunne man heldigvis betale sig fra. Receptionisterne var hjælpsomme. Vores lejlighed havde seperat køjerum man kune dog ikke lukke indtil stuen, hvilket var lidt besværligt.. virkelig dårlige hovedpuder.

Gut gelegene, angenehme Unterkunft. 4* Ferienwohnung aber natürlich nicht vergleichbar mit einem 4* Hotel. Wir würden dennoch wiederkommen.

Appartement trop exigu pour 6 personnes , balcon ok mais vue sur 1 mur, manque de vaisselle , manque d’éclairage dans le coin cuisine lui aussi trés exigu . Propreté moyenne . Partie commune impersonnelle. Bon accueil. Chambre cabine non fermée .

L'appart hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Les chambres sont très grandes. Nous avons été bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée et avons pu avoir la chambre en avance par rapport à l'horaire indiquée

Un accueil au top : les salariés sont très sympathiques ! Un emplacement au top : proche de petits commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, traiteur, supérette…), à quelques minutes (à pied) de la grande plage et du centre-ville. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appart’ hôtel !

Good big rooms and clean. Spa only available once during the stay and you have to prebook. The view of the balcony was just a white wall unfortunately. Carrefour right away the corner , not far from the grande Plage. Very nice staff

We had a great week in Biarritz. 5min. walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. The apartment and building is weel looked after. Nice pool area and possibility to read/relax at the pool area as well. We had a brilliant afternoon in the spa/wellness area as well - included in the stay. We were 3 people in a 6 people apartment. I would recommend max. 4 in such a apartment, to make it good for everyone. I am Looking forward to going back there.

Belle résidence proche de du centre et de la plage. Accueil et appartement au top.

The staying and the rooms were great. But the reception hours not good= open mornings until 12 and afternoons after 5 pm. I arrived early afternoon after a train ride from Paris. The door was locked. I got a code to enter the hallway, but I did not know how to use it. Some other people staying there let me into the reception area.There was no info about a restroom. The reception opened exactly at 5pm .

Great location for a family break! The pool was lovely and warm, accommodation exactly what we needed. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Biarritz is beautiful but also don’t miss St Jean de Luz and San Sebastián across the border into Spain

Séjour pour les vacances en famille.

The room was so tiny you could not open the door to the apartment all the way, it hit the small entertainment center. Same with the bedroom door, it got the bed, and to slide in next to the bed (too small to walk) you have to close the door. We had to push the dining room table against the wall in order to have space to sit. An apartment for 6 only had room for suitcases if you put them in the tiny kitchen. We were asked to inventory the entire contents of the kitchen or be charged for missing items. We were then told we had to remove any trash from the space and wash the dishes, though no dish/dishwashing detergent or sponge was provided. This property was a joke and I would not return. Prior to this my family and I had traveled through Portugal and Spain and had great experiences
