I stayed this hotel at 3 times I always be comfortable

Good place

閑静な環境で過ごしやすかった

洗面台とベッドが近すぎて水が散らばる。鏡も近くになくよく顔の手入れが出来ない。シワーもアミ二ティーがもっと欲しい。朝食も毎日同じで飽きるので、メニューを増やしバラエティーに揃えてほしい。というのが不満点ですが全体的には満足できるホテルです。

I do not recommend this hotel, there is two big reason, one is there is no be tab, only sower. two is the bed is too soft, very cheep bed, you will more tired. there is a big bar, but there is no restaurant, you can not have even spaghetti. 私はこのホテルを推奨しない、ほとんどの部屋にはシャワーしかなく、バスタブがない。ベッドがやわらかすぎてとても疲れます。レストランは無いがバーがある。ホテルのデザインはモダンな感じだが趣味がわるい。朝食を食べる時思ったが、床が汚かった。新しいホテルだがホスピタリティーがないホテルだと思った。

When checking in, the front desk informed me that they moved my reservation to the express hotel down the street. They offered me free breakfast, which I later found was free to begin with. The front desk lady said my room was upgraded at the express hotel. When I got to the express room, it was twin beds for my wife and I and the space was too small for us and two bags. The TV didn’t work either, not that I wanted to watch a German show, but just adds to the drama. The front desk lady said they messaged me but that was a lie too. I was sent an email only saying “we look forward to your stay.” I would not recommend staying at this place. I’ve been to Tutt several times and would go to Truebe instead.

Hat sich verschlechtert im Vergleich zu früher

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und in Ordnung. Für das Frühstücksessen hatte es eigentlich keinen Platz und wir mussten uns an der Bar vorliebnehmen. Die Tiefgarage ist gleich nebenan. Es herrschte ein riesiges Durcheinander und dies war nicht gemütlich.

Clean room! Great staff, specially the ones at the Restaurant. Amazing service. They made me feel at home!!

Zimmer war gut aber klein. Frühstück war top

Hotel carino in generale. Il sistema di aria condizionata non è regolabile nella stanza in cui ero. La pulizia della camera è a giorni alterni. Asciugamano della doccia forse troppo piccolo. Campanile a 15 metri dalla finestra, a finestra chiusa si sentiva poco. Minibar gratuito. Colazione troppo costosa. Letto abbastanza comodo

Dejligt nyere og moderne indrettet hotel. - eneste anke, at adgang fra hotellets p-kælder sker via trappe og ikke via elevator op i hotellet. OK restaurant og god morgenbuffet.

Alles war okay. Das Zimmer war zu klein. Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Trotz allem war das Personal sehr freundlich und gab uns kostenlos kühles Wasser

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, die Zimmeraufteilung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (Waschbecken direkt neben dem Bett) Neue, moderne Einrichtung, nettes Ambiente im Restaurant
