総合評価とレビュー Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace

只々普通。料金が高いので特別なことを期待した。バスローブがあり、スリッパがあるだけ。日本の低料金のビシネスホテルと比べると優っている点は広さだけである。付随施設などの案内がほとんどない。

全体的に非常によかった。外出時のタオル整理など、サービスは良く感じた。

12時頃にホテルに到着後、エントランスでスーツケースを預けて、その際にチェックインは3時なので後で来るように言われたので、昼食を食べて3時にホテルのフロントへ行くと、まだお部屋の用意が出来てないので4時にもう一度来くれと言われ、その通りに4時に行くと、まだお部屋の用意が出来ていないので、しばらく待って欲しいと言われ、結局お部屋に入れたのは5時を過ぎてからでした。しかもそれだけ待たされたのにお詫びの言葉もなく、こちらとしては貴重な時間を無駄にしてしまう事になり、本当にがっかりしました。お部屋の広さや設備は良かっただけに、スタッフの対応は残念としか言いようがありません。

到着が遅くなったのですが、スイートにアップグレードしてくれました。ビリヤードがあり豪華な雰囲気の中ですごせました。

お部屋は広く、とても綺麗で快適でした。バスタブはありませんが、固定のシャワーヘッドとホース付きのシャワーヘッドが両方あって、同時にお湯が出てくるので、寒い冬でも十分に温まることができました。 チェックインとチェックアウトもまったく並ぶことなくできてよかったです。

いい点はロケーション。チェックインの速さ、シーザースパレスの出入り口から近くカジノやレストランやショッピングにすごく便利。 難点は部屋とサービス。シャワーから安定してお湯が出るのに時間がかかる。ポーターを予約しても来なかった。電話が通じにくく、やっと通じたら今度はたらい廻しにされた。 家族は満足していました。これまで数回ラスベガスを訪問しているが最高に楽しかったと喜んでいる。

Nobu at Caesars is special. A comfy nook in a sprawling building that transports you from the hustle in the casino to a zen space that is beautifully designed. A must-do hotel for the business or liesure traveler alike. Thank you.

Nobu is a lovely boutique feel with easy access, great location in Ceasars. Self-parking is convenient even if sometimes not close to doors, but no further a walk than a walk from the front door lobby doors. Elevators are conveniently located. Their robes and slippers are soft. Coffee in morning on the lobby floor which is above the Casino floor. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I am a no light sleeper so had to tuck curtains in and put a towel along the floor of the door.

Nobu is a boutique micro hotel within Caesars Palace... It is very convenient -- no lines for check in... Due to small number of rooms. Convenient to the Caesars Sports Book and Casino... Draw back is that it's not obvious at all how to get to the check in desk...

Really nice and quiet in room! Very friendly staff !If you have a keurig in the room please provide coffee . Expected more out of this quality of hotel and was surprised they didn’t have any capsules despite having a coffee maker in the room

We arrived via rideshare. Perhaps add in information to your welcome emails on how to navigate from the parking garage (ride share drop off), to the check-in desk. Individual soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotions are a nice touch, however, are rather wasteful (not eco-friendly). The surprise birthday bubbly wine was a very wonderful unexpected gift. Thank you so much.

I kinda felt nickle and dimed - from late check out to $20 for keurig cartridges. Ill choose to stay elsewhere

Staff is very nice and helpful. The elevator access takes a minute to get used to. I love the location.

On check-in the first room had a leaking shower and bar fridge wouldn’t open. Also booked 2 queens and room had 1 king bed. Management were very helpful with arranging a room change and discount to resort fees. After that stay was great and hotel is very quiet away from the noise of casino and smoke smell.

Close to the venue, pampered with the conveniences, and the beds and pillows were fabulous! My only complaint would be 2 queen beds, 2 woman, 3 towels?

would not recommend this property, putting a nobu name on this hotel is a shame.
