高速から近いので、うるさい。 予約時に可能ならば、高速側と反対側にしてもらった方がいい。 騒音が気になりにくくなるマシーンが置いてあっても気になります。 ホリディインで黄ばんだタオルがあったのはここが初めて。 コーヒーを入れようとボトル水をカップに入れ使用したが、出てきた量が入れた量より多かったので、気持ち悪かったので、今度はコーヒーを入れず水を入れ使用すると、カップに白い物がたくさん浮かんでいた。これを飲んでいたらと思うと(*^^*)ホリディインは今まで外れた事がなかっただけに残念でした。

Breakfast was lacking. Not too warm either. Juice machine broken.

Turkey sausage was like shoe leather. Pancake machine wasn't working. No orangs juice. Eggs were scorched. Just not real appealing.

Room needs updated...furniture too! Staff was friendly. Breakfast lady was exceptional.

Breakfasts was ok

Room was not clean enough. Breakfast preparing were not enough too. The lady who worked at breakfast worked nice to keep clean and organized.

This was an overnight trip on our way to NY. I chose this hotel because we like IGH. Went to use bathroom and there was no bar and toilet was very low. I thought all bathrooms had bars nowadays. We were thankfully moved to an accessible room. I had reconstructive foot surgery in January and am still healing. I have not been able to use a pool, walk on sand, go to a beach, due to the healing process. The time in the pool was heaven to me! We returned to our room after hours of pool and hot tub. To feel weightless was amazing. It takes a lot for me to walk with my walker as I am not full weight bearing. In order to sleep I have to take my aircast off and set myself up to have a safe night sleep. To our shock, someone opened our door and tried forcing themself past the latch, I instinctively jumped out of bed injuring my foot. The clerk gave someone the room we were in!! I was up all night shaking and in pain. Breakfast consisted of cold potatoes, eggs and hard, frostbiten turkey sausage. No bacon. No pancakes. One danish and stale lenders bagels. The OJ was brown. The waitress was kind enough to make us a plate of bacon and a fresh apple turnover. My experience was horrifying. I waited so long for that.

Very dated and not well kept. Smelled bad and beds were uncomfortable

The room prices were very expensive. The property needs a good cleaning and upgrade. The staff was great. I was charged a different price each night. I rented three rooms

Run down. Filthy carpets, walls and bathroom. Place needs renovation.

Nice property, clean room. NO USB CHARGING in the room!!! I was told to go to the gas station to buy a “cord”. That wasn’t the issue, but always have a back up…make sure to bring a charging cube!

Very dirty room. Nothing was wiped down. Even the bathroom. Cleaning staff entered our room without knocking.

Our trip from vt to Tennessee went great. The check in at the motel was quick, easy , and the room was ready for us even though we were hours later than we precicted.

The room was dirty. Floors smeared, counter tops with food and smudges on them, carpet spotted, bathroom sink stained and drips on walls and counter sides. I would not stay here again.

Hot tub was nice and relaxing

The room was okay, but had to ask for hand soap the carpets looked old and dirty. The pool area needed some up keep. Hot tub water was filthy. The breakfast included eggs and sausage with not much options. 2 of the 3 ice machines where out of order. Had to have my room key done 3 times because it just stopped working. You would expect things advertised to be clean and in working order. After a 6 hour drive, it was not what was expected and would not stay again

We arrived late at night and when we got to our room the beds were never made and the old used bedding was in a pile. There was no other rooms available so the front desk gave us some fresh bedding to put on ourselves. Not ideal but it was very late to find another hotel. The staff was very nice and the rest of the room was fine. It looked like everything was cleaned, they just never made the beds

The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
