部屋が清潔、スタッフは親切で、チェックインもスムーズです。駐車スペースが無いと言ったら、自分の車をどかしてくれました。夕食、朝食共に美味しいです。

This hotel is located on a nice place to visit for sightseeing. You can walk to a famous sightseeing spot and city. The room is very clean and neat. The furnitures are very new, modernand stylish. The people of the front desk are very nice and kind. They prepared my lunch for taking away when I checked out very very early in the morning. And when i sent email to contact them berore the trip, they sent me back as soon as i sent.

This hotel is great. only downside is pool is more a splash pool but you are on full display to other guests.

Great location just outside of main areas. Peaceful. Nice rooms and a good rearaurant/bar.

Tout irait pour le mieux si l'hôtel The Royal Snail n'avait pas une procédure d'enregistrement très critiquable. En effet, à mon arrivée, sous prétexte d'assurer une caution en cas de dégradations, le réceptionniste m'a demandé ma carte d'identité et ma carte de paiement. Documents dont il a fait une photocopie recto verso. Le responsable de l'établissement, que j'ai interpellé le lendemain, m'a assuré que c'était leur procédure et qu'il n'y avait jamais eu de problème (je suis tenté d'ajouter "jusqu'à présent"). L'hôtel dispose de photocopies qui peuvent se trouver dans de mauvaises mains. Conséquences : - usurpation d’identité - achats frauduleux. Il est souhaitable que Hotels.com, vu son rôle d'intermédiaire, travaille avec l'hôtel à supprimer cette procédure.

Petit Déjeuné à 26 euros..trop cher...dans le mini bar eau plate 25 cl à 4 euros...exagéré. Dommage le reste est bien,la situation pratique sur Namur.

Malgré un accueil irréprochable, la chambre n'est pas au niveau d'un 4* et du prix payé : elle donne sur une rue bruyante avec une mauvaise insonorisation, la décoration est beaucoup plus ordinaire que sur les photos, elle est petite, pas de joint sous la porte de douche donc l'eau coule partout quand on se lave... Sans parler de la piscine toute petite et à cloison transparente, ce qui fait que si on se baigne, la clientèle du bar nous voit entièrement... Étrange choix !

Misleading images on the website. The pool is more like a small aquarium. The room they first showed us did not even have a window in the bedroom area - felt like a cave. They told us they were fully booked - after insisting a bit more they suddenly still had a room available. Not much better. Tiny window in the main room. Access to small balcony with glass door is from the bathroom area ..?! Interior has seen better days - I would guess it has not been updated in 15+ years..

L'hôtel est propre et beau. La piscine extérieure est très petite et pas très exploitable. L'espace wellness quant à lui est en option (95€ de l'heure).

Riverview was good. Tub shower unit good size. The restaurant was only open 4 days a week for 3 hours. Maybe low season? The desk clerk served me drinks in the bar even when the bar was closed, that was above and beyond. Overall we were happy there.

The room was tightly packed with a large bed, desk, wardrobe, etc. which made it a bit cramped. It was a cozy cramped however and the room was very nicely decorated except for the giant picture of the scary looking hippt ladies over the bed. Although the room was nice, in the hallway as I got off the elevator to get to the room, there was a strong smell of sewage.

Alles in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war klein aber fein, lediglich Milch schien nur selten für Müsli/ Cornflakes zur Verfügung zu stehen.

Room was small, lots of space taken up with an inexplicably large desk. River view was actually view of the road and car park then the river. Expensive for what it was.

Olin pokerimatkalla Namurissa. Hotelli sijaitsee kätevästi voin noin 100 metrin päässä kasinosta. Hotelli oli pieni, mutta viihtyisä.
