学会で利用。ホテル周辺には飲食店も少しあります。タクシーでホテルに向かいました。スタッフの対応はとても丁寧で、英語もわかりやすい。部屋は清潔で、シャワーもお湯が出ます。部屋のサービスに関しては全く問題ないと思います。朝食は普通でした。 周辺は夜間は暗くなるので、Uber等の足が必要です（どこもそうですが）

Very dirty bathrooms and room. Towel are all worn down. Vanity in the bathrooms have stain same with toilet seats. Service quality is also not appreciable, ordered a glass, it took them multiple reminders and over 45 mins to get. Ice bucket did not have any tong so had to use hands to take out ice cubes.

I chose this property because it boasted a swimming pool. When I arrived, I was told it was closed for the winter. I wish they’d told me beforehand. However they upgraded me to a suite. It is a good hotel, a bit soulless but it is situated away from the mayhem that is Central Kolkata. There is good mall nearby and a few decent eateries.
