きれいなホテルでした。ただ、狭い。とにかく狭いです。 ３泊もすれば慣れましたが。。

The room is large and clean. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but you can walk or use the metro to get there. A good point is that a big food court exists just next to the hotel. You can easily take lunch and dinner there.

すいません。実は宿泊していないんです。日付変更不可プランで日付を間違えて予約してしまい、ホテルにメールで日付変更申請したものの、やはり却下されてしまいました。トホホ・・・

The concept of the hotel room was interesting, but there were some points that should be improved. - the hotel entrance has steps only; no slope or elevator - the bathroom bowl was too shallow; after I washed my face, soaked everywhere - the toilet bowl once didn't stop flushing - the room light could not be turned on even after I inserted the room key to the slot The hotel people quickly responded to the room troubles, but it would be more comfortable to stay if the above mentioned points are improved.

Hotel is located within 10minutes walk from metro station, Casa da Musica and it's easy to find the hotel because it's in Mercado do Bom Sucesso. Hotel entrance is faced to ZARA HOME. Staffs are friendly and professional.

Bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Accueil agréable, super petit déjeuner. Le point négatif est la literie, dormir sur un matelas à ressorts quand vous les sentez à travers les draps c'est désagréable.

Excellent hotel, nice room for overnight stay. Plenty of different choices of meals from the adjoining food hall.

Very kind staff, breakfast was good, small gym (which I think is new, cause I did not see it mentioned anywhere?) and close to metro, many busses and ahopping opportunities (incl a large food court).
