Great for the family! Easy and convenient from location, parking, access to events and the beach.

Not clean. Staff less then knowledgeable. Broken items. No towels. No toilet paper.

Dirty. No extra towels. No toilet paper. No sheets. Fridge was broken. Dusty. Hidden fees never stated. Staff not able to answer simple questions. Not knowledgeable on anything. Will not book here again.

Perfect stay. Great location, amenities, and staff.

Room wasn’t ready and when we did check in there was a problem with the window that was never fixed.

Hotel was nice. Pools were nice. Dewey beach touts dog friendly but didn’t read the fine print. Dogs not being allowed on bay beach while lifeguard on duty but brochure says dogs can be there all the time every day all day. Beach rules are also too much. You can’t have it both ways and say dog friendly but not allow dogs during the day. Rooms were nice. No microwave in room but was told by front desk one could be provided. I would stay here again.

Loved everything there! Great location on the bay 4 min from the beach. Great service and very nice rooms. Good food at the Lighthouse.

Convenient, modern, good restaurant next door. We will be back!

Quick check in, easy parking

Very clean, layout and navigation to room was a little difficult but everything else was beautiful!

We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Dewey Beach. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout our visit, which we truly appreciated. However, I was disappointed to encounter unexpected additional fees upon arrival. I had booked through Expedia with the understanding that all charges were included, including breakfast, which was clearly listed as part of the reservation. Unfortunately, breakfast was not included, and I was also charged a destination fee that had not been disclosed during the booking process. One of the main reasons for booking in advance through Expedia was to avoid surprise charges at check-in. I would have appreciated more transparency regarding these additional fees prior to arrival. Clear communication of all costs upfront would have significantly improved the overall experience.

Pros: Centrally located in Dewey Beach with easy access to bay and beach and free parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good (however we reserved just in time- it is no longer included in the stay) Cons: The walls are very thin. We were kept up and woken up both nights of our stay by rowdy guests in the halls and in the pool below. We could hear people in their rooms from our room. The staff was accommodating and we were moved one floor up and we could still hear guests in the pool and in their rooms. Both rooms of our stay had fake windows which made for a strange experience as we never knew what the weather was like. Additionally , the door in the bathroom did not properly close.

Always great stay, clean and the staff is great.

This is a great place to stay for local bands and beaches. The room is large and super comfy. One thing we noticed on this trip was that we were placed in a room with no window. Thankfully this was only one night, but with very bad weather, a window literally would have helped us decide on jackets. There seemed to be hardly anyone staying, so we're not understanding why we would have to be put in this type of room. Also, the room must have overlooked (again, we could not see through the window) the parking garage or the lobby or lounge? The whole time we were in the room, we could hear kids yelling and activity. We were on the 2nd floor. Had we been staying longer, we would have had to move. I would understand it if this room were offered at a discount and these details made known to us. We know now and will be careful to ask for a room in a different part of the hotel. For the prices during peak season, this room placement is definitely not acceptable.

Rooms weren't sound proof, so sleep disturbed frequently. Breakfast wasn't fresh. Check your room thoroughly beforeaccepting
