Good facility

かなり古いホテルで、建物も階段も箪笥も・・・何もかもが傾いていましたが、なかなか味のあるホテルでした。トイレの水が流れないので、フロート調整して直しました。古い欧州のホテルなので、エアコンはありませんが、気候が過ごしやすく特に不快感はありません。ホテル周辺の利便性は良いです。

客室は古い建物なのでまあOK。問題はWifi。フロントから遠い部屋だったので、Wifiが使えませんでした。3泊もしたのに、行動計画を立てるための情報入手ができませんでした。ホテルのスタッフはみなFriendlyで申し分なかったのですが、Wifiの設定に関して問題解決をできる方がいませんでした。このクラスのホテルでは、WiFIの設定は業者に任せていて、その後のメンテナンスはホテルスタッフではできないようです。

The staff were very friendly. The room, although clean, was so out dated. Mould, broken blinds in bathroom, as good as useless shower, lio seat tbat moved when you sat on it abd very small. The area is very deprived. Speaking with locals they reported crime, drugs and drunks. Did not feel safe to walk out in the evening.

Good central location in town.

A last minute change of plan saw us getting the last room available at the hotel. Superb friendly staff bent over backwards to make us welcome. A fabulous meal in the bar/restaurant and great value for money. Mikhail and Trisha were great at looking after everyone all evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service from all staff members. Food very good, large portions, all home made. Excellent breakfast offering too.

Absolute delight staying here, even on their off-season. The staff were fantastic, especially the barman Michal! He in particular made the stay feel exceptional. Highly recommended.

Staff are nice but the bed in room 14 could of had a better mattress. It felt like it had a slump on each side of the double.

A nice old town atmosphere. Friendly people. Very relaxing.

The hotel was a lovely old building and we were given a warm welcome but we were surprised by the rundown appearance of St Austell itself as it has such great transport links and nearby attractions. The breakfasts were excellent as were all but one member of staff who presented some challenging behaviour. We enjoyed our stay but not St Austell itself.

We found our stay very good staff were excellent and very helpful. Food was very good would definite stay again.

The rooms are quite old and there is a bad odour in the lobby. The rooms need some refurbishment. My room look at the back door and there was a lot of dump and litter.

Room very clean, nicely decorated. Bathroom modern. Bed comfortable. Iron kettle hairdryer in room. Breakfast lots of choice and good. Only downside outside area was a bit noisy ( but is in centre of town) and could hear people moving around in the room above.

The White Hart (like St Austell itself) lacks investment in the building and infrastructure. The staff were attentive and helpful but the windows were filthy.
