部屋はひろくてよかったが、冷蔵庫とティッシュペーパーがなかった

I booked the room at this hotel because the location was convenient and closed to the center of down town. But the room didn't have a refrigerator and a safety box. Its bath room looked like a dissecting room. The amenity were really minimum. And then they didn't have their own parking lot, so we needed to load many suits cases from the public parking space even the hotel's description implied there was their own parking lot. It's just that they offered the coupon to save a price. However, we were really surprised and appreciated to hear some greetings in our mother language from one of their staff who worked in the canteen at breakfast. I thought she knew the spirits of Omotenashi.

Front desk staff extremely personable and helpful. Nice outdoor courtyard if have good weather. Breakfast was just perfect. Two cons: one of the two pillowcases was very stained….. and the room on ES has significant street noise early morning with vendors . Would stay again but would have to be on a higher floor.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of Toulouse, accessed from the Capitole square through a little walkway that opens onto a lovely courtyard garden. The hotel staff were welcoming and multilingual. The hotel room was on the small side, but spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and was soundproofed so despite being in the city centre we slept well. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of produce and amazing coffee. Highly recommended!

La chambre était propre mais des petits détails sont à revoir : le TV de travers, le sol avec beaucoup d'impacts (101 et 102). Nous sommes venus en famille et l'ambiance de Noël était superbe même si nous avons eu un réveil militaire le dimanche matin a cause de l'alarme feu. C'est super, elle fonctionne bien !! ve

Perfect location for exploring Toulouse. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room not huge but the central location on Place du Capitole more than makes up for that. Would highly recommend.

Séjour très agréable, situation parfaite pour visiter la ville. Personnel très agréable et souriant. Il me manquait au petit déjeuner des yaourts et salade fruits. Sinon parfait
