部屋はひろくてよかったが、冷蔵庫とティッシュペーパーがなかった

I booked the room at this hotel because the location was convenient and closed to the center of down town. But the room didn't have a refrigerator and a safety box. Its bath room looked like a dissecting room. The amenity were really minimum. And then they didn't have their own parking lot, so we needed to load many suits cases from the public parking space even the hotel's description implied there was their own parking lot. It's just that they offered the coupon to save a price. However, we were really surprised and appreciated to hear some greetings in our mother language from one of their staff who worked in the canteen at breakfast. I thought she knew the spirits of Omotenashi.

El petit-déjeuner es sumamente limitado y la calidad deja mucho que desear. No hay cafetera en las habitaciones, y el café gratuito que se ofrece en la recepción es soluble. Convendría mejorar estos dos aspectos. Lo demás, muy recomendable.

I was able to stay in a newly refurbished single room that was lovely. Very kind and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable! The breakfast off property ( across the street) had plenty of choices. I believe is was there because of the refurbishment that was happening. The refurbishment did not impact my stay! I highly recommend this hotel and this location was perfect!!

Perfekt beliggenhet rett på torget Capitole. Hotellet var under oppussing under vårt opphold som medførte at vi måtte benytte en restaurant i nærheten. Frokosten var bare veldig enkel. Det tar 15-20 minutter i taxi fra flyplassen (vi betalte 40 euro for 4 personer med hver sin koffert.) Vi savnet mulighet for å kunne lage en te eller kaffe på rommet. Dersom du ankommer med egen bil, må du være oppmerksom på at indre del av byen er avstengt for ordinær biltrafikk. Lokale kan kjøre der.

No fridge in room. No fresh water in room. Had to get it downstairs. Cannot open windows

Front desk staff extremely personable and helpful. Nice outdoor courtyard if have good weather. Breakfast was just perfect. Two cons: one of the two pillowcases was very stained….. and the room on ES has significant street noise early morning with vendors . Would stay again but would have to be on a higher floor.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of Toulouse, accessed from the Capitole square through a little walkway that opens onto a lovely courtyard garden. The hotel staff were welcoming and multilingual. The hotel room was on the small side, but spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and was soundproofed so despite being in the city centre we slept well. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of produce and amazing coffee. Highly recommended!

Lo mejor . No busques mas hoteles . Muy agradable y las personas que atienden son super amables . Desayuno delicioso y cama excelente.

La chambre était propre mais des petits détails sont à revoir : le TV de travers, le sol avec beaucoup d'impacts (101 et 102). Nous sommes venus en famille et l'ambiance de Noël était superbe même si nous avons eu un réveil militaire le dimanche matin a cause de l'alarme feu. C'est super, elle fonctionne bien !! ve
