店舗兼ホテルの入口となっていて、多少分かり難さはありました。チェックインの際はスタッフが一名で対応してくれたので、駐車場を案内してもらう為に受付カウンターから離れるのに、玄関に鍵をしていました。バンクーバーは治安が悪いという理由から、少しでも離れる時は鍵をするのだと聞いて驚きました。部屋の造りが面白かったです。アメニティグッズは女性には嬉しいものでした。朝食付きも嬉しかったです。

Such a great experience staying here, such lovely helpful staff. Really clean room and very comfortable bed! We will 100% be booking to stay here again anytime we have to go to the city! Will recommend to anyone and everyone!

Very unique rooms and very nice staff, 100% would stay here again

I would not stay in this hotel or area again. Staff was super friendly and efficient. The facility is old and nothing like the pictures. The area, unfortunately, is terrible.

The hotel itself was fine, very close to gas town. I write this review just to let others know that the area was unsafe.If you plan to be out after dark. It was a short walk to nicer areas, but if you plan to be out later , you need to take a cab or uber to the hotel. Especially if you're older.

Good place

2nd time staying here. Would highly recommend for concert and hockey games

The room was very nice and perfect for 2 people. I would stay there again if I had a male partner with me. I would not stay there alone. The area around the Hotel had many homeless people and/or drug addicts.

The room and facility was clean. The staff was friendly, but the rooms were not very big and there wasn't a lot of amenities for the price of the room. There was a very limited continental breakfast. There wasn't a pool or exercise facility and the room was pretty small.

Room was very nice. Staff were friendly and we had no issues even though it is in an area with some homeless people. Never bothered once. Would stay again.

The aboriginal arts

The place itself is stunning, great decor wonderful staff, clean and comfortable, the street is horrible but no fault of the owners!

The hotel is located just outside the downtown area, and as with all big cities, there were lots of people who seems to be down on their luck about the place. The only negative comment I have about our stay at the hotel itself is that when we arrived to check in at about 5.15 pm the front door was locked. We spent over 10 minutes waiting on the sidewalk with our suitcases trying to attract the attention of the staff inside by banging on the door, as the note on the door asked us to do. We didn’t feel safe at this point, after a 10 hour flight, it was not what we needed. When the staff member appeared and let us in, there was no apology offered. Anyway, the room was comfortable and clean. The small continental type breakfast was welcome, and the staff we met there and on checkout were polite and friendly. We’d stay again despite the issue we encountered when we first arrived.

Lovely room, most comfortable bed & linens, spotlessly clean, excellent boutique decor. Quiet. Limited selection of baked goods & coffee only in a.m. Decent restaurants within walking distance. Large unhoused population in surrounding blocks. Would stay here again.

Close to cruise terminal, nice native artwork .

The hotel was very artsy and quaint but it is in an area of many homeless people. Our friends wanted to leave but we talked them into staying. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going out at night.

El hotel tiene personalidad, con las decoraciones de distintos artistas. El desayuno sencillo pero suficiente. El personal encantador te dan sugerencias y ayudan en todo lo que pueden. También te avisan sobre las zona, ya que es un poco insegura, especialmente por la noche, pero los Uber son asequibles y te dejan en la puerta. El metro está a unos 7 min andando. Respecto a la habitación, la nuestra tenía una escalera interior, a tener en cuenta para personas con movilidad reducida.
