スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした

スタッフはフレンドリーで親切ですが、エレベーターがメンテナンス中なので、4階まで階段を使わなければなりません。とても疲れます。私たちの部屋にはロビーや受付に電話するための電話がありません。部屋のテレビはインターネットに接続されていません。接続しようとしましたが、制限があります。しかし、全体的にはこのホテルをおすすめします。予約した時間よりかなり早い時間に到着したにもかかわらず、部屋に入れてくれました。朝食ビュッフェはとても素晴らしく、食事はおいしいです。

Nice clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. 3-5 mins away from the beach. I felt safe and secured during my stay. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Boracay.

Nice room, good food, good service but flooded entrance.

The bedsheet, pillow cases and curtains doesn't smell good.

We were saddened because of all the Eurotel hotels this is the only branch that has no shower heater in its studio type room. Another thing is that this is the only branch that doesn't have a breakfast buffet.

The staff was well mannered and accommodating, but their room service is disappointing. We requested for housekeeping when we went out for coffee only to see our room still unkept when we got back. The lift is not working during our stay, so using the stairs was really unpleasant.

Pros- Excellent customer service, Kudos to Paul, Anne and Shai. They gave us another room 3rd floor. Cons- No elevator (assigned room to us 4thfloor!), no phone line (3rd floor) sink was busted (4th floor), our doorlock was lose so it was just open on our 1st night. (4th) Not that clean. Our room was still sandy from prev guests. I know theres a lot of improvement that can be made if the management can read this.

Sa mga traveler na naghahanap ng matinong reviews. Eto na. Walang arte. 1. Location Nasa gitna ng station 2. Malapit sya sa dagat konting lakad lang. Malapit sa mcdo, andoks, d'mall, kung nagtitipid ka. Para sakin okay ang location nya. 2. Room Okay sya para sa price nya. Medyo old na yung mga doors ng cr at may mga stain na ng rust yung mga metal brackets nya pero wala naman bearing yun. Lagi ka naman nasa labas ng hotel. Malamig ang aircon. Pwedeng magpalinis lgi. 3. Facilities May elev, may stairs. May massage sa mismong hotel. 4. Food Msarap sya, wag na tayo mag expect ng bonggang buffet lalo na at 1,700 per night lng naman binyaran nyo. Okay na yung dobong manok, hotdog, egg, coffe, brad, juices. Unli naman eh, maarte pa? 5. Staff Sobrang bait. Lagi kang babatiin lalo na yung mga nasa lobby. Palangiti sila. So para skain 9/10 lahat. Kung smart traveler ka okay na to kase mura na yung 1,700 for 2pax epr nyt with buffet. May water dispenser pa so tipid kna agad sa tubig. Yung room na napuntahan ko medyo old lang pero makakatulog ka naman. Ang importnate makakatulog ka, malamig masarap food yun lang :)

I had a pleasant stay here. The staff are approachable and friendly. The location is almost beach front..fronting MCdo and Henann Regency.. it's about a 2-minute walk to the beach. plus a nice Breakfast buffet. So accessible! Just a litte issue about the floor never seen a mop but overall Had a good stay here. It's a Budget Hotel so manage your expectation.

1. The hotel was a little off though. 2. Not recommendable. The front is like a garbage disposal pit and our room is always with noise because of ongoing construction.
