コンパクトな部屋でしたが清潔で問題はありませんでした。

The hotel staff is very attentive and provides excellent service. The food in the hotel restaurant is of high quality. Rooms are ok.

Habitación descuidada sin las amenidades que ofrecen en sus anuncios. Personal que da excusas pero no soluciones y que miente al cliente.

Cleaning staff did a good job and the restaurant was good for breakfast.

The staff was great and always greeted us with smiles. The room was not good unfortunately. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was as hard as sleeping on the floor. The first day, the water heater was not working and we had to shower with cold water, but the next day it was fixed.

The staff were excellent and the food was good. The rooms were ok. The beds are hard which made sleeping uncomfortable. No fridge or microwave in the rooms. Bathroom was small but got the jobs done. Also they don’t sell snacks. They state in the room booklet that they exchange money in the hotel yet they wouldn’t exchange money both times I asked. Disappointing. Other than that the hotel was ok a bit outdated but the price was right even while the Mexican celebration time was going on.

Había mucho ruido y no había agua caliente batallé para solicitar una plancha si vas de trabajo no lo recomiendo

El personal es muy amable y tanto el hotel como la habitación fueron muy agradables. Un poco rústico pero cumple con todos los requisitos para descansar. Muchas gracias.
