A acomodação é bem parecida com as fotografias, porém dão A opção de cama king-size ou duas camas de solteiro, só que não informam que a cama king seria as mesmas camas de solteiro juntas. Foi extremamente desconfortável dormir assim por mais que tinha uma capa por cima, existia um vão de separação entre elas. Eu não reclamei, pois já vi que não seria resolvido. Pois como fui em Lua de mel, enviei uma mensagem anexada a minha solicitação de reserva, para que enfeitassem o quarto com velas e taças de vinho. escrevi EM ESPANHOL. Somente no dia em que chegamos, eles avisam que não tinham conseguido e era uma surpresa como bem especifiquei no texto, depois cobramos os roupões que estão descritos nas especificações do quarto. E a funcionária me disse que não teria, e depois me informou que se quisesse, teria que pagar á parte. Se está no anúncio era dever fornecerem. Contudo depois de solicitar, pelo menos as taças eles cederam. O café da manha é bem completinho estava muito bom. Tinham media lunas,pães variados, frutas da época, iogurte e ovos feitos na hora.

A equipe da recepção muito atenciosos, o quarto era bom, o chuveiro só que não conseguimos regular, saia muito quente, e o elevador antigo que dava uns trancos, localização ótima

This is our second stay at this Hotel. It's a great location for nice restaurants and wine bars. The hotel is very comfy and has a nice boutique feeling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would recommend staying here.

Die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich. Unser Zimmer war eher klein und hatte kleine Fenster. Ein echter Schrank war vorhanden. Der Safe darin war defekt und funktionierte nur mit dem "Notschlüssel". Der Fahrstuhl macht abenteuerliche Fahrgeräusche. Die Lage ist gut Nähe "Palermo". Das Frühstück war für mich ausreichend, Eier wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit einem ca. 3 x 3 m großem Pool und einer schönen Sicht über Barcelona.

We arrived a bit early and expected to just drop our bags and wander but the staff was able to get us in. So nice after an overnight flight! The room was nice, breakfast great and we really enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop in the evenings. The location is perfect! We'd definitely return!

Great place for a home base.

Lovely old stately home converted into a modern boutique hotel. Frédérique, the owner can be seen frequently tending to details and happy to help with recommendations and anything you may need .Every member of staff went above and beyond. Charming and unique property. Great location.

The friendliness of the owner and staff were a stand out at this lovely boutique hotel. In addition the breakfast had so many yummy things, from homemade yogurt and granola to scrambled eggs or Argentine the favorite pan dulce. The small pool on the top terrace was lovely for cooling off. The king bed was super comfortable. I would highly recommend this adorable hotel with it’s excellent location.

The room was really charming and very clean! I found out that the owner is French, so it makes sense that the design/decor is beautiful! The breakfast is good, and the hotel is very convenient for walking around Palermo (safe neighborhood!) The staff (Cecile) was always there to buzz me in or assist me. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family. Merci beaucoup!

It was good!

The hotel, overall, was very impressive. It was clean and well staffed. They offered a very nice breakfast. The location was perfect and close to Palermo area. The rooftop was very inviting, however, the pool that’s advertised is more like a Jacuzzi. But, nonetheless, perfect with a great view. We had a junior suite and ordered twin beds. The room was quiet. The only problems I had with the room was there was not one chair to sit in. If you needed to set, you had to sit on one of the beds. The other issue was in the bathroom. Even though it had a huge imprrrssive Jacuzzi bathtub and a nice rainhead shower, there was no lighting for the hanging mirror above the vanity. It was very hard for me to see to even shave, so I don’t know how women would apply their make up. In addition, there’s a window behind the mirror, which makes it even harder to see with the back lighting. They could really make a difference if they could just attach some lights to the hanging oval mirror and add a couple of chairs to sit in. I’m not sure what the other rooms are like because it’s a smaller hotel– almost like a bed-and-breakfast so each one may be different from the other. The safe in the room did not work well and ended up not responding to our Code and we were given a key to get in and out of it. I would recommend this hotel but I would ask about the lighting and furniture before booking. As an additional note, the staff was amazing and very welcoming..

Staff was very courteous and helpful, room was clean and spacious, breakfast very adequate, no complaints.

Our phone and safe didn't work, we got stuck in the elevator, no-one cared.

A suíte é aconchegante mas a cama King tinha uma falha bem no meio que sacrificava as costas de quem caía nela, contudo o colchão é macio e a roupa de cama muito agradável ao toque. A paredes em torno da banheira apresentavam manchas e mofo no teto, mas a hidromassagem funcionava bem e era bem quente e relaxante. Os funcionários da manhã eram muito prestativos, simpáticos e cordiais, especialmente o Frederick e a funcionária do café da manhã que sempre oferecia e preparava ovos fritos. Um ponto de destaque para as medialunas deliciosas e a playlist maravilhosa tocada no café-da-manhã. Porém, havia um funcionário no turno da noite que era antipático, mal-humorado e estressado, além de demorar uma eternidade para abrir a porta quando chegávamos nas noites frias. O elevador faz muito barulho tanto durante o uso para quem está dentro, quanto durante a noite para quem está no quarto. Entre pontos positivos e negativos, eu recomendo o hotel e repetiria a estadia lá.

I wish I could give five stars for a review because the staff was so amazing but I can’t help but mention the loud elevator function while we were trying to sleep on the 3rd floor. There is something seriously wrong with the elevator and it sounded like it was going to crash through our wall every time it stopped on our floor. Some very loud and strange sounds. If they are unaware of this issue, I’m sure they are now. But it’s literally impossible not to hear it. Maybe some maintenance is in order.
