ポンペイの入り口の目の前にあり、立地は最高。朝食も種類は少ないが、味は素晴らしかった。スタッフの対応も良く、駐車場もチェックアウト後、午後2時まで利用できるのも良かった。 ただし、部屋の清潔さは良くない。ロビーや廊下、カフェなどは綺麗に掃除されていたが、部屋のシーツは埃っぽく(砂がついてるのではと思うほど)、特にシャワーのカビがとにかく酷い。夏の旅行で汗まみれにもかかわらず、シャワーを浴びるのを躊躇うほど酷い。 トリプルルームはダブルルームにどうにかシングルベットを入れた感じでかなり狭い。 3人、4人でもスイートルームを使えるようにして欲しい。

とても清潔で広い部屋で快適でした。 ポンペイ遺跡入口に近く便利でした。 値段も凄く安く泊まれました。 またポンペイに行く際には利用したいです。

L’hôtel est bien placé pour la visite des ruines de Pompéi. L’accueil a été très agréable avec même la responsable qui est venu m’accompagner jusqu’à ma voiture que j’avais laissé avant un panneau ZTL qui en fait n’est plus en vigueur. Le petit déjeuner est très correct et le restaurant d’un bon rapport qualité prix.

Lovely staff, clean and presentable, air con in room was fantastic and situated directly opposite Pompeii archaeological site. Parking is onsite, unlike lots of other Italian hotels that claim they are and aren’t, entrance is at ///monday.evolving.inspector - what3words We didn’t eat at the restaurant, instead favouring to try some of the local restaurants instead, but what food we did see come out as we were sat in the bar looked fantastic.

Le personnel est à l'écoute et très sympathique, nous avons trouvé une personne à l'accueil qui parlait français, elle nous a commandé le taxi, expliqué le plan de la ville et conseillé pour des restaurants...

This was a lively hotel in a great location. Near shopping and restaurants, as well as one of the entrances to Pompeii. The breakfast was good, as well. We would likely stay here if ever in Pompeii again.

Nice breakfast looking out on the ruins. The breakfast manager was very attentive, going out of her way to have a chat with guests.

Ruime kamer op een perfecte locatie. Kamers wel wat verouderd maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Restaurant onder het hotel is een super aanrader om een hapje te eten.

The place is very close to Pompeii museum. It does include parking. The area is clean and safe

Very nice hotel conveniently located near the Pompeii ruins. Our only significant complaint was that the toilet did not flush well. Lots of water but not everything would go down. Very annoying. Bad design and nothing the staff could fix without replacing the toilet. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Our room faced the street but was quiet. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were helped us find nearby restaurants that were good and arranged for our taxi to the train station.

The Hotel was very clean and front staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, all fresh hane made pastries and excellent spread for a morning meal. The Staff in the breakfast area was exceptional. I did not catch the ladies name who was in charge but she was very accommodating to our needs of having to be on our transit bus at 7:05am. She made the stay very special and I will definitely be returing to stay again to spend more time in Pompeii. I would recommend to all.

The welcome and the atmosphere were superb, especially at breakfast. all staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was wonderful, although corridors were a little tired. Location is great for the ruins. We saw the amphitheatre, and then the hotel was just over the road. Two quibbles: there was no coffee in the room and no toaster in the restaurant. But lovely cakes for breakfast!
