The cleaning is thorough and very clean. There is underfloor heating, allowing you to spend the winter in a T-shirt. The breakfast venue offers a lot of fresh vegetables, and there are terrace seats where you can enjoy the view. You can also take breakfast back to your room. They are very generous, providing multiple card keys for one room and offering free copying services. Thank you very much.

Very clean impression, and nice staff. I would come back again. I did not book the room with spa option, so don't know about that part. It would be nice if the bare option still comes with gym access.

部屋はとても広く、綺麗で洒落ていました。バルコニーやキッチン、洗濯機もあり大人数で長期泊まるのには最適です。 近くに大きなスーパー（カルフール）とショッピングセンターがあり買い物には困りません。ただ街の中心部からはやや離れており、食事に出掛けるには困るでしょう。また付近の街並みも良くありません。スパ設備はとても充実していて綺麗です。宿泊者はスパメニューをディスカウント料金で受けられます。

The business apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped. The pool was quite busy when we wanted to use it but it was still ok. All areas were clean and tidy. The reception staff could be a little more enthusiastic and engaged, a greeting is not too much to ask?

Nettes Personal, sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnungen. Der SPA Bereich könnte etwas mehr Aufsicht vertragen, denn durch zahlreiche Kinder kommt dort schnell eine Atmospähre von Freibad auf statt SPA.

Wat erg fijn hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. de eerste nacht last gehad van geluidsoverlast, meteen een nieuwe kamer gekregen met nog meer luxe. Alles netjes schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt, spa en groot zwembad. Ook een ontbijt mee gekregen toen we in de nacht naar huis gingen vliegen. Echt een aanrader.

The room was amazing for the price - would definitely recommend getting spa and breakfast included. The breakfast spread was impeccable, all kosher so don’t go expecting a full English. The spa’s amenities were very undersold on the website - 3 different temps of sauna (one doubles as a salt room) and a hammam style steam room with immersive a shower experience. The spa staff themselves were lovely people - big shout out to Leo for making our trip to Romania one of the best we’ve had! The location of the spa is a little outside the centre but Bolt prices are so friendly so it didn’t make that much of a difference to us. Would 100% book again!

It's hard to find a parking spot here. After checked in, they told us we need to pay extra Euro 10 per person per night if we want to access the swimming pool. This extra fee for using the swiming pool was not shown on Expedia website. They argued the reason was due to my room type of "without spa". I dont do SPA and don't need SPA, but do like pool and hot tub. Double checked terms and policies, spa is separate from pool and hot tub. SPA is a separate services. Nowhere indicated room with SPA is entitled to use pool and hot tub. And nowhere indicated room without SPA is not allowed to use the pool and hot tub. Further, the fee policies didn't say that an extra fee will be paid if guests are using the pool and the hot tub. However on the website, everywhere indicated Everyone will enjoy the pool and hot tub. I contacted Expedia and no practical solution at all. I collected all evidence and filed a credit charge dispute with my credit card carrier already. It is misleading information and misrepresentation by marketing usage of pool and hot tub to attract guests. However, it didn't describe guests need to pay extra fee for access the pool and hot tub, what a scam.

The room i had booked was very big and comfortable. I liked the room. The breakfast was good too. Few negatives of the Hotel are 1. the Spa is a mess. One of the Sauna was closed and the only other Sauna was full of people sitting with swimming dress and children running around. 2. Even for the Fitness you need to pay €10 Eurs per day! This is a very high price just to use the fitness facility for say 1 hour. 3. The Hotel restaurant closes at 10 pm but the last food order is taken at 9 pm. I requested for Salad at 8.50 pm and initially they refused to serve me. I had to insisit it was not 9 pm yet and only then i was served my Salad!!! 4. The Hotel is located in a very old and broken looking area. There is not much to do around.
