綺麗で良いホテルでした。またスタッフの対応も良く快適でした。

朝7:20のフライトに乗るために4:45amの無料シャトルバスを使って30分で空港に到着。ヨルダン、イスラエル、エジプトの2週間の旅であったがスタッフのレベル、出発寸前のバスにコーヒーを届けてくれる気配り、施設の素晴らしさ、リーズナブルな価格など印象に残るホテルの１つであった。空港に行く前日の宿泊には特におすすめです。

Clean room, very helpful staff, spectacular breakfast buffet!

The hotel staff, ground and amenities were great! Excellent restaurants and the breakfast bar was very good. They made excellent concierges were very informative and made booking excursions easy. Highly recommend!

Meet and assist was $25 well spent for arriving solo at the airport in the middle of the night. I wasn't thrilled that housekeeping knocked at 9:30am when I'd arrived at 3:00am so definitely should have used the DND sign because they don't track who is checking out late. Breakfast was just what I needed, had plenty of choices for everyone and most things were labeled if you wanted to try something new. I kind of wish I was staying one more night so I could make use of that nice-looking pool I can see from my window.

The room was clean, the staff were all very nice and helpful, and the restaurants were all great. It was also nice to have a Starbucks coffee bar there.

Due to a maintenance problem, I was offered to change rooms. The hotel was proactive and offered compensation for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. The staff is constantly asking if everything is satisfactory, which gives the guest the opportunity to bring something to their attention and for the hotel to rectify it, if necessary.

Staff were great, especially Mr. Abdo. Great facilities and very clean.

Many options at the breakfast, gym is perfectly equipped.
