When I checked in the hotel, hotel man services was excellent and gave us a lot of information to play and to go eat. The room is clean and in fresh smells. Location is perfect to address to many places.

スーパーやお土産を買うにも、イスラムヘーレスへ行くにも、ツアーに参加するにも便利な立地でした。 朝食はちょうど良い品揃えで食べすぎずにいられてよかったです。

When I check in the hotel. Staff looks like very busy. I want to feel more welcome.

Estaba comodo y limpio pero el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba por lo que pase mucha calor :( fuera de eso todo bien.

Tienen cobros extras a la hora de llegar y hacer el check-in. El personal de la recepción se toman las cosas personales y se ponen a la defensiva. La habitación normal, la toallas manchadas y yo con pena para que me cobran eso por eso tome video y fotos y el desayuno básico.

Habitación limpia, bien ubicado y con buenas instalaciones en general

I had a great experience staying here. The service was excellent from start to finish—staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I haven’t stayed here since 2023, and I was really impressed with how much they’ve upgraded the hotel. Everything feels refreshed and well taken care of, which made the stay even more enjoyable. This is my go-to place whenever I visit Cancun, and they continue to deliver a consistently great experience. Highly recommend!

Good location in hotel district.

El piso de la habitación estaba muy resbaloso, el aseo muy tarde ( 6 PM ), El horario del desayuno muy rigido de 6 a 10 ( viene uno de vacaciones)

Clean rooms , not a relaxing part of town if this is what you are looking for. Security staff is a little much . Long story!! Pool could use some updates. Mario on staff is excellent !!!

This is the 6th time i stayed in this place.. I really like it.
