ジュニアスイートに泊まりました。景色ぐオーシャンフロント、カリブ海に夢見たロマンティックな雰囲気でした。

ハネムーンで利用。スタッフがフレンドリーで、食事もドミニカ郷土料理からピザなどの慣れ親しんだ料理まで幅広くチョイスがあり楽しめました。ジャグジーとズンバクラスを海の上に立つ舞台のようなところでプライベートレッスンが受けられたのがとてもいい思い出として残っています。

Front desk doesn’t give you information like the restaurant hours and where are they located. We ask for the steak house reservations and when we came to the lobby the guy told us oh they are not open today sorry. Staff is nice they greeted you . We were staying here for 3 days 2 of us in those 3 days we got only 2 toilet papers .The time for check out was at 11 . We went out to have breakfast but went we came back to start get ready to check out our keys were not working and it was 9 am .

It was very comfortable but secluded. There is nothing to do nearby. They do offer shuttle service to one of their sisters hotels which have other restaurants but that’s about it. Unfortunately it had sargassum on the beach, which it was disappointing. Hotel restaurants were overpriced and had ok food.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Punta Cana. The service was exceptional, the beach was beautiful, and the golf facilities were outstanding. The resort is also conveniently located just a few minutes from the airport. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Had an amazing stay at the Westin Punta Cana.  The junior suite near the beach is spectacular. The restaurants were outstanding, all with super friendly staff, including and especially the servers on the beach.  And of course, the property is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Punta Cana with beautiful Reef and sandbar located right in front of the property. I think I can say the Westin Punta Cana is an absolutely beautiful resort and for sure the best value in all of Punta Cana. Definitely visit again!

I was a bit disappointed. It’s very expensive for what you get, plus you have to pay a resort fee. I was staying for one night in order to get a plane early the next day. The beach is really pretty, but DR has lots of pretty beaches. The restaurant is really expensive and you’re captive from going anywhere else. The breakfast buffet is terrible.

A Beautiful Resort Experience Undermined by Overpriced and Underwhelming Dining Overall, our stay at the resort was pleasant in many ways, but significantly marred by one major drawback: the food. The Positives: The highlights of our visit included the resort’s stunning pool area—spacious, clean, and well-maintained, it was truly a joy to use each day. The staff throughout the resort were consistently courteous and helpful, providing service that was both prompt and kind. Additionally, the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless, with reliable daily cleanings that made returning to our accommodations each evening a small pleasure. These elements certainly contributed to a strong first impression and a relaxing atmosphere overall. The Challenges: The beach, unfortunately, wasn’t as enjoyable due to the overwhelming presence of seaweed. To be fair, the resort makes a visible effort to clear it regularly, but the sheer volume brought in by the tides makes this a nearly impossible battle. While disappointing, this issue is clearly a result of natural conditions and not something the resort can be fully blamed for—it’s simply an unfortunate reality of the location during this season. The Disappointment—Dining: What truly soured our experience, however, was the food—both in terms of quality and price. Given the resort’s relative isolation and lack of accessible alternatives, guests are essentially a captive audience when it comes to dining options. And

Quiet, clean, and excellent staff. I know this is crazy to say, but the ac was tooo cold!! LOL I wish there was a kids pool and no kids is the whirlpool. There was No authentic music playing anywhere nor authentic food. It was a great stay despite being these little things.

My room was updated and clean and included daily maid service. Would have liked to see piles of dead bugs (insect repellent) in walkways swept up more frequently. Restaurants were good, but the one touted for great dinner was closed for 2-3 nights. Pools were great; the beach had the seaweed issue; effort was made to clean it. Would have liked the hotel store to carry an assortment of snacks…

The hotel is accessible and convenient to walk and the premises are beautiful and very well kept. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I disliked the confusion around breakfast being included in my reservation because I was part of a wedding party. It looks like the bride and groom were charged for their guests breakfast as well as many of the guests. Including myself. The restaurants are extremely overpriced. The quality of the food is good however, for someone that understands costs, the food is unreasonably expensive. The beach bar had great drinks and shareable food. Which I found very convenient. The shuttle service was a great add on. It was very easy and fast to get to the hotel from the airport and viceversa. They also drive you outside of the hotel if needed. Overall, I had a great experience. I only disliked how unnecessarily costly the food is. Punta Cana should not be more expensive than Miami, New York, France, etc.

Estadia maravilhosa, o hotel está um espetaculo, o lobby é lindo, a praia é mais linda ainda com a cor bem azulada. O café da manhã é 10/10 e o quarto bem aconchegante Tudo 10!!

Just the seaweed but that’s nature other then that it was amazing

Such a great hotel. Very accommodating. Not crowded. The showers are amazing and it’s very convenient. The staff were really kind. I truly enjoyed my time.
