全体的にきれいでしたが、公共交通機関の駅からは少し遠かったです。忘れものをしたことに気づき、その日の内に取りに行ったのに既に捨てられていたのは非常に残念でした。

カーニバルの場所に近くそれが目的なら良いホテルです 歩いてサプカイまで行ける利便性は良いです でもカーニバルの衣装を届けてくれたスタッフが中に入るのに追加料金支払えというのは納得行きませんでした セキュリティ上中には入れませんというのなら分かりますが、届けてくれた人は免許証まで提示したのに金払えの一点張り 仕方なくロビーで着付けの確認をしました カーニバルの為に利用してるのだから、このシーズンは料金もめちゃくちゃ高いプライスなのだから追加料金なしで入れてくれても良いと思います ほんの30分程度着付けの確認するだけでしたので

Rooms need some upgrades. A lot of mold. Staff amazing people. Rooftop amazing.

The room was very large and the hotel was very quiet. The rooftop area was nicely done with a small pool and a bar and the possibility of ordering food. The staff were competent and pleasant.

Bastante bien en general, solo los horarios de gimnasio (a partir de las 8 AM) y del desayuno (8 a 10 AM) son incompatibles, sugiero abrir el gimnasio a las 6 AM y extender el desayuno hasta las 11 AM

Good beds, clean bedding, great cleaning team! The staff is truly kind and respectful. The location is a little challenging if you are in a short time for your overall stay (is far from most of the tourist attractions)

Funcionário muito atenciosos. Quarto amplo, bom ar condicionado, cama e TV. Quarto baixo, com vista comprometida. Bar no roof top bem conveniente.

Não tive uma boa experiência. Limpeza deixou a desejar, e mesmo depois de avisar a recepção não fizeram a manutenção. Não recomendo

Unfortunately an incident during check out is the reason why this review is not as good as I would have liked, a charge to my account for something I did not consume from the minibar, 4 bottles of water, not one but 4, “the housekeeping was the one who reported” this. It’s a shame that this lady lied and tried to scam the guests, the incident was corrected and everything was clarified, the girls at the front desk excellent in their job, very friendly and always willing to help, cleaning, breakfast, common areas everything very good, Oscar the manager a little bit reluctant to understand the situation but finally accepted the mistake, what a pity that a single person ruins the good job and effort of the entire staff, thank you for the stay and hosting us, overall it was good, it seems that this happened in the past to others guests bc reading reviews about hotel this popped up in more than one comment, and still happens, this is not good for business,
