英語が話せないと色々不便ではありましたが、スタッフの方は精一杯対応してくださり　笑顔でチェックアウト後も接して荷物預かりや　お店の予約等 大変助かりました。朝食は種類、お味とも素晴らしく　景色を眺めながら楽しめました。

大変素晴らしいホテルです。部屋はコンパクトですがとても清潔で快適。朝食ビュッフェは種類豊富でどれも美味しく、眺めも良い会場です。何よりスタッフの皆さんが笑顔でとても親切で感動しました。またハノイに行くことがあればこちらに泊まります。

素晴らしいホテルでした。 ロケーションも旧市街、ナイトマーケット、ホアンキエム湖に徒歩圏内と抜群。 部屋はコンパクトですが丁度良いサイズで快適、朝食は宿泊代に含まれていましたがクオリティーが高く、コストパフォーマンス最高です。 ちっちゃなプールが屋上にあり、眺めが良く、街歩きに疲れたらここで楽しむのも良いと思います。 スタッフの方皆んな優しく丁寧な応対で、非の打ち所がありませんでした。 またハノイは訪れた際は使いたいと思います。

ゴールデンウィークに２泊滞在しました。 非常に旧市街に近く便利な場所でした。部屋は清潔でよく眠れました。 11階にプールがあり時間が空いたらずっと泳いでいました。 受付などのスタッフの皆んなは笑顔がとっても素晴らしかったです。

EXCELLENT HOTEL in every way - perfectly clean, comfortable, modern, amazing service by every single staff there, perfect location with everything just around it, great breakfast, totally lovely and relaxing pool area with music and pool bar - simply said, it's a true oasis of peacefulness in the middle of a very hustling-bustling city. We stayed in another hotel in Hanoi, so we can compare, and this hotel was the best decision we could make. We all were looking forward to come back to this hotel from our outings. Whatever the management there is doing there - thank you, you are doing a fantastic job! Don't change anything please.

The room was cleaned to a high standard st all times. The staff were the best we have experienced in any hotel. From front desk to everywhere in the hotel was first class. Tracy, Fancy, Amelia to name a few were very helpful and took care of all our needs. The breakfast was great with a large variety of dishes. Highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again.

This is truly 5* hotel. The staff is amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is great and the view from the restaurant adds to the experience. The rooftop pool is great during hot days we really enjoyed ourselves

When we are traveling to a new country for the first time, we prefer to stay in a hotel that features informed staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and tasty meals. In Hanoi, the CLASSYC Hotel checks all those boxes and more! Every staff member we interacted with, from the front desk to the dining room to housekeeping was exceptional. They clearly hold themselves to a higher standard. They reached out ahead of our trip and helped arrange seamless airport transfer. And booked a terrific walking food tour. The breakfast spread is bountiful and daily housekeeping kept our room sparkling clean. We’d like to give a special shout out to Arthur who helped us navigate Hanoi each day. Stay here if you want a home away from home!

We had great interactions with all the staff especially Fancy at the front desk who frequently checked in with us. The hotel is conveniently located within Old Quarter and is clean and well organized. The breakfast offered a wide range of options and I was able to refill my water bottle at the front desk.
