Location was perfect, only down side was our balcony faced away from the sun at all times and there was construction work being carried out on one of our days, minor issues for a great stay.

Very friendly helpful staff

Staff were extremely helpful and the room was excellent but there was building work starting early each morning directly outside our windows. But, overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Sorrente est la ville idéale pour s'intaller en vue de visiter l la côte amalfitaine (Positano, amalfi, capri...etc). On était 4 dans ce studio (chambre parents + Salon/cuisine) de Rota Suites. Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour notre confort tels que les meubles de rangement, la cuisine bien équipée et la Climatisation centrale. Le Service de chambre passe 1 jour/2. Rota Suites est proche de la gare et quelques centaine de mètres du Centre Ville très animé surtout la nuit. Il y a vait même un marchant de poisson à quelques 80 m de l'hôtel où on a pu y trouver notre bonheur. Raphaella et toute l'équipe de l'accueil était souriants et d'une gentillesse exemplaire.

incredible hotel! absolutely perfect location, small walk from the train station. The hotel is spotless, the staff are incredible and couldn’t do more for you… just a lovely place to stay- definitely the best by a mile in sorrento!!!

Very walkable to Tasso Piazza. Great restaurants nearby also!

The service on this suite was fantastic! The second we walkted in we where welcomed by a very nice lady. She walked us up to our room and showed us everything we needed to know about our stay. The room was big, with both a shower and a bathtub, and also we had TWO balconys. Location was perfect for our interests and they were very helpful with information about the city. We will definitly come back. Thank you so much!

Friendly staff. Clean - Swimming facilities in sister hotel seems expensive @ 50 euros per person per day. - Key operated and not key cards. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We checked out in the morning at 10 am, and we left our luggages at the front desk. We agreed that we will come back to take them in the afternoon around 14:30 or before 15:00, she said no problem and there is always a person at the front desk this afternoon. But after when we arrived there at 14:50, no body was there and we called and messaged them, no answer… we waited more than 20 minutes, finally we found a person( a worker from a beauty shop) has the right number of a manager, in the end we got our luggages, and we missed our train, but we were lucky the train from Napoli to Milan was 30 minutes delayed.

Easy access to Sorrento Landmarks. Good and helpful staff. Room amenities were very good. Some items in the room were faulty. The staff were very good and quick in mending or replacing them.

Achei muito bom, próximo ao centro, seguro e limpo! Entretanto seria melhor se disponibilizasse café da manhã e o preço fosse menor!

Location is wonderful, staff, when there, were friendly and helpful. However, the room was dirty, and you have to call the front desk (when they are there) to change the room temperature, which made for one warm night and two cold nights since nobody was there after hours to change the temperature.

The property was updated and properly maintained! It had a very clean and contemporary decor! The suites were comfortable for 4 adults with separate sleeping quarters. The location was also great! I would book again!
