滞在するのに問題なし。近くにはレストランも多く、食事には困らない。ただし、スタッフの対応がやや不快であった。スタッフのオーストラリア訛りの英語が分かりにくく何度か聞き返したら、あからさまにため息をつき、隣の同僚と顔を見合わせるなど、明らかに不機嫌な態度を取られた。コインランドリーの使用を依頼した時には、突然、理由も説明せずに電話番号を聞かれ困惑していると、また不機嫌な態度を取られた。

We had the one bedroom apartment which is absolutely huge. It has two outdoor seating areas on opposite sides of the unit. Access to your unit, the building, and the garage are all a single code to remember. The elevator is quick, though there are only 3 levels (garage, lobby, rooms). The one bedroom apartments are strange in that you have to enter the code at two different entry doors before heading up a staircase to reach your living space. The rewards of the living space more than offset the quirkiness of getting to it.

Easy and secure parking, very comfortable and secure

The apartment we were originally given had a staircase we didn’t want to climb, as we are both in our eighties. Staff quickly arranged another one for us without any bother. Although a bit noisy, as on the street side, we loved the apartment. It is next door to the gym, but no one used it while we were there. Suppose it might be noisy during the week. Location was perfect. We walked everywhere. 13 minutes to a wonderful restaurant for dinner (Jana), with a lovely walk back along the river. 160 metres to a great cafe for breakfast (Autumn Rooms). There are so many great places to eat very close by. Nice friendly staff.

Narrow, steep stairs. Two lifts - no one to help us. We took the wrong one. Kitchen shown as comprehensive in the photo; but no frying pan or spatula. Second garage door closed too quickly whilst we were still reading instructions.

Close to everything in the city. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

Huge living space and fantastically located.

The hotel was in a very convenient position so we were able to park the car and leave it for the length of our stay and move around by foot or light rail. We also enjoyed catching the ferry to Stockton. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable and clean.

Massive living area - lovely and clean

Room was very clean, not a big room, but enough space for 2. Balcony was enclosed without a view and at the back of the property. Great location with easy walks to bar's and cafe's and just a short walk to the upgrade Art Gallery.

Friendly and efficient check in. Great sized room - very clean and well set out. Really liked the location - right in the heart of Darby Street, close to lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again when we’re next in Newcastle.

Staff are always very welcoming rooms are clean

Nice room. Some wear and tear like on the lounge and a little bit of dirt in places. Broken dishwasher. No sharp knives if you arrive when staff aren’t there. Room had shower/spa where you could not turn on water without being in shower - expect rush of cold water while standing on a step. Rangehood blocked on purpose. Sort of like a room with a display kitchen you aren’t really supposed to use. Staff did not reply to some queries at all.

The connecting room to our studio apartment had no sound proof at all so unfortunately had to listen to a group of people partying in the middle of the night like I was in the same room as them. I wanted to leave and go home. I have stayed a number of times over the past 15 years but won’t be returning

Great staff and fantastic comfortable rooms. The hotel is in central part of Newcastle and everywhere you can just walk. For your comfort the hottel offers free parking space in the garage, as well as possibikity to us guest laundry for free. Just perfect for shorter or longer stay. Please keep in mind the receprion is not 24hrs open so you need to get the dor key code in advance, if you are planning to check in latrme

clean modern room in great location

Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in. The room itself was very clean and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. The only negative for me was the lack of curtains. There is a window in the verandah area that could not be covered so there was light coming in all night.
