チェックインは5時までと表記してあったのに、5時前に到着してもフロントは閉まっていました。お部屋はとても広く私たちが宿泊した階は最上階だったため、屋上までついており、その屋上からの眺めは最高でした。屋上ではBBQもできるように簡易BBQ設備がありました。宿泊中1度使用して、楽しい思い出ができたので最終日にも使用しようとしたところ、故障してしまったのか、利用できませんでした。とても残念でした。自炊設備は申し分なかったのですが、滞在初日からシンクがつまってしまうトラブルがありました。私たちは6日間の滞在予定で、初日にシンクがつまり、次の日にはフロントにシンクがつまっていることを伝えたのに4日たっても直してくれる気配もなく・・・もう一度フロントに言ったらようやく直してくれました。もっと早く直してくれれば、ストレスなく自炊作業ができたと思います。と、いうことなので、スタッフ評価1でホテルの施設およびコンディション3にしました。シンクにつまったものを何度もかき集めてすくい取って水が流れるようにしましたが、はっきり言って『どーしてこんなこと私たちがしなければならないの？』と毎日思っていました。ロケーションもお部屋も全てがいいのに、シンクとＢＢＱセットの件がとても残念です。他の方のレビューもとてもいいものだったので、そういうことも考慮して予約をしたのにとても残念でした。

Great place to stay, as its walking distance to Moolooaba, the beach, dining and even Sunshine Plaza (if you enjoy a walk)

The rooms were nice and clean. Close to the Alex pub, a pizza place and fish and chips. The cafe below the resort was convenient and nice. It’s a 15min walk to Mooloolaba if you want more dinning options. It was nice having the beach across the road. Thanks

Room smelled, shower over spa very dangerous, slippery getting in and out of shower, no grap rail. Extremely limited coffee, toilet paper ect. No screens on doors or windows, unable to fully open windows.

Our room was amazing, great views of the beach. The staff were great, very polite & helped us in any way possible! Will be staying again!!!!

The staff are wonderful, the rooms are first class, the location is excellent and the coffee/food downstairs at 'The Booley' is amazing. It was our second stay, and we will be back!

clean rooms . Did book a 1 bedroom apartment with ocean views but got upgraded to 2 bedrooms but the ocean view was not as great as what we had originally booked but was ok.

Would not recommend. Rude reception staff. Woman would not listen to the fact the txt code to get into our accommodation didn’t come into our phone as indicated in an email. Blamed us for booking through Expedia. Place could do with a good clean. Definitely won’t be back.

Extremely friendly staff. Well kept complex. Unit was comfortable and equipped with everything you needed. Ideally located across from the beach. Plenty of food options, with a comfortable walk to either Mooloolaba or Maroochydore. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a 3 bed apartment with a sea views which was just fantastic. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities you could want. Sitting on the balcony watching the sea was just fantastic Walking distance to a couple of restaurants or easy drive/bus to many others Highly recommended

We had a great 4 night stay. Very comfortable beds and we loved sitting on the balcony taking in the beautiful views. Great position with walking paths and right across from the beach. The Booley Cage underneath is wonderful. Delicious coffee and breakfasts.
