無駄に広いが、使いがっては悪い。電気ポットは無く、ガスもチャッカマンが無いと付けられません。お風呂も連続して入ると、途中で水しか出なくなります。赤ラインのロレート駅からは、13〜15分ほどかかるがその先の駅なら、明るめの道で5〜7分ほどで行けます。買い物はスーパ–が近く、早朝から開いているおじいちゃんの小さい店で、パンやハムなどが買えて便利でした。

キッチン、ダイニング、ベッドルーム、バスタブ付バスルーム、エントランス、クローゼットまであって、一人でしかも一泊しかしなかったのでもったいないと思いました。　

ちょうど、暖房が入る前で少し寒かった点を除けば、内装は綺麗で、よく掃除もされていて、従業員の方も親切で良かったです。出来れば、キッチンに、洗剤とスポンジ、ペーパーかタオルが置かれていれば、もっと、綺麗に使用出来ただろうと残念です。地下鉄利用には、少し歩くのは遠い距離でした。

Considero que fueron amables, que habia limpieza en general, y que tenía lo necesario para cocinar. La amplitud de las recámaras fue muy buena. Sin embargo, faltaba mantenimiento al área de regadera (flujo del agua caliente y fría para controlarla), y también del encendido de luces de la recamara principal.

The staff is the reason this review is as high as it is. The mattress has been one of the worst we’ve had in our travels. If it was newer this would be a nine or a ten. They can’t help the neighborhood. Graffiti, trash. I did feel secure in the room.

Dans un quartier excentre et populaire. Pas de moyen de restauration aux alentours proche. En revanche à 5 min de la station de métro qui conduit directement à l’hypercentre. Top! Appartement propre et grand. Personnel très accueillant !

L'appartement est vaste , pratique et joliment décoré.La terrasse est grande , le quartier calme mais il y a des commerces alimentaires à quelques pas .Le métro Loreto est à 10 minutes à pieds , on peut aussi prendre un bus pour y aller .

I just loved this place. It was a home away from home. Excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean... Independent living. Safe neighborhood and great places to eat

People and staff was good. Area was a little sketchy . Parking wasn’t included in price.

Overall our stay was good. The area itself was not great, although convenient. The staff was very helpful and everything went smoothly.

A 5 minuto dalla metro, zona silenziosa, parcheggi bianchi nella zona o parcheggio convenzionato a 3 minuti a piedi, accogliente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Es un hotel recomendable. Ubicado en un sector residencial con buena locomocion y comercio.

En general bastante bien. Lo único malo era que el transporte público no llegaba muy cerca y ese último cuarto de hora andando se nos hacía muy pesado a la vuelta.

Súper limpio amables no tan lejos del centro y puedes conseguir alimentos y bebidas sin ningun problema
