The staffs are very kind, nice and helpful. They helped me a lot of things. Also the hotel is very nice design. I highlly recomend to stay at this hotel.

空港からタクシーで行きましたが、ホテル近くで渋滞しており人通りの多さが分かりました。公園の隣にあり分かりやすいです。周辺地域はレストランが多く、ホテルがあるConstitucion通りは夜でも歩けます。 スタッフはフレンドリーで英語で用事を済ませることができました。 2階にゲスト用のラウンジスペースがあり、フルーツとソフトドリンクが24時間楽しめます。 ベッドは大きくリネンやスプリングの状態も良く快適。 スーツケースを広げるスペースはありませんでしたが、部屋の広さは十分でした。 コンセントも多数あり、wifiも快適に繋がりました。 シャワーは温水の圧が低いのが残念でした。 朝食は種類、味ともたいへん満足でした。 このエリアに宿泊する際には、また利用したいです。

Prédio tombado pelo patrimônio histórico. Não tem elevador. Complicado para quem se hospeda no terceiro andar!! Toalhas velhas e as vezes rasgadas, incompatíveis com “hotel boutique”. Problemas com encanamento na descarga do banheiro. Equipe de atendimento gentil e solícita. Ótima localização.

This was a great stay. While the area is walkable, however, I do wish it could be more centrally located in Providencia. I had to get an uber to go most places, but that’s my only issue.

The hotel was unique, beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and appreciated the offer of sparkling wine even though we didn't partake. Staff was friendly and the location was close to many main attractions such as the Parque Nacional.

The hotel is beautiful, they have a free happy hour every day at 5 PM, they almost always give me a bottle of champagne, even if I don’t get the upgrade, the staff is incredible. They always carry my luggage to my room. The rooms are impeccably, clean and have a lot of little gifts inside like chocolate robes and slippers. All in all it’s just a great day and it’s my second time and I will stay again.

This is an old building (if you can't do stairs see if they have a ground floor room??), but our bath was modern and room quite comfortable. You can walk to myriad restaurants from here and the large plazas, a metro, etc. Our area was very quiet at night. Breakfast was simple, but gets you out the door. Great coffee and can order custom eggs and fresh fruit. Wine hour in the early evening is a nice touch & provides opportunity to meet other travelers. They have a lovely courtyard and in warmer months would be a great place to hang. I would stay here again.

Apesar do hotel ser bonito e bem localizado, encontramos muitos problemas estruturais. Desde a chegada não havia água quente no chuveiro, além disso acontece uma obra com muito barulho. Outro detalhe é não ter serviço de quarto. Em um dia extremamente frio ficou inviável ficar sem água quente, fiz um check-out antecipado e mudei de hotel.

Great Hotel, great stay but breakfast sweets barely available. Also we were on the 4th floor and there was no lift. Not complaining but may be a problem for some.

This is the type of place you will never want to leave. I loved everything about staying here. From the Wine Hour, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast…I highly recommend and definitely want to come back to in the future.

Really fun stay good location

Estar no Castillo Rojo na nossa lua de mel foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Desde o começo, fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo hotel, e queria deixar registrado o carinho especial com que fomos tratados pelos meninos da Recepção, Lautaro e Miguel, além do querido Andry que nos atendeu no café da manhã. Além disso, o hotel é um charme! Muito bem decorado, confortável, aconchegante… um lugar lindo, com alma mesmo. Cada cantinho tem um toque especial e de decoração belíssima. A localização também é excelente. O bairro é super criativo, cheio de restaurantes e barzinhos legais. Ficamos muito perto do funicular, da estação de trem, de ônibus… tudo muito fácil de acessar. E estar tão próximo da região onde tem o Patio Bella Vista foi outro ponto alto, porque é uma área viva, com várias opções gostosas pra comer e passear. Por fim, a hora do vinho no hotel foi muito agradável, conheci pessoas maravilhosas e trocamos muitas experiência legais sobre o Chile. Foi uma experiência muito especial pra gente, recomendo a todos!
