良いベッド、良い枕、適切な毛布、適切な掛け布団、適切な水圧、さまざまな食事、非常に良い

Good area & restaurant ok

Everything was perfect here! Worth it with the price. But the location is quite far here from the patong beach.

Date: 16/08/19 -19/08/19 Room: 306/308 Staff: Mint Phunawang and Team Mint and team have been a great help for the 4 days we were there. Welcome with a smile and friendly gestures. We felt welcomed. Never a day not seeing Mint and team not smiling, always smiling and never fail to ask is everything in the hotel is ok. Helped us with translations and also solves our issues with our pickup. The hotel itself and our rooms is clean. Walking distance to the mall, night market and beach. To shorten it, we had a great experience choosing Alfresco hotel as our choice. Will definitely make a comeback for our upcoming/future trip to Phuket. Before I end my review just to share our thoughts, I understand 1 key per room but maybe in future instead of 1 room key prolly issue 2 room keys as once the key is removed all electricity will be off and we prefer to keep our food and drinks chilled in the mini fridge. Hehehe. Thank You to Mint and team of Alfresco Hotel for making this experince a moment to remember for my birthday.

ห้องแกรนด์ดีมาก ห้องน้ำกว้างสุด ชอบมาก ห้องสะอาด พนักงานดีน่ารัก ไม่เรื่องมาก ให้คำแนะนำดี ราคาห้องถูก แอร์เย็น ติดตรงกลิ่นผ้าขนหนูที่หอมแรงไปนิด😂🤧

จองเตียงคู่ ไปถึงบอกห้องเต็มได้เตียงเดี่ยว ห้องสกปรกมาก รอเช็คอิน นานมาก

โดยปกติจองมาตลอด และสิ่งที่ไม่ชอบเลยกับโรงแรมนี้คือพนักงานพูดจาแย่มาก ทำให้การพักครั้งนี้เพื่อนฉันไม่โอเคร เจ้าของโรงแรมจะรุ้ไหมว่าเค้าจะเสียลูกค้าไปเพราะพนักงานที่ไม่ได้รักในการบริการ
