便器をウオームレットにしたほうがいい。

地下鉄やトリム(28番)に乗るのも便利、夜にファドを聴きに行くのも抜群の地の利。またホテルからの景色は最高で一日ホテルにいても良いぐらいの居心地でした。朝食のパンの種類が多く食べ過ぎました。また利用したいホテルです。

とにかくロケーションが最高で 宿泊者はこの環境にどっぷり ひたれます

部屋からの眺めも良く、スタッフの方もとても気さくで、素晴らしい滞在となりました。テラスでずっと本を読んでいたいと思うほど、アルファマ地区と海のコントラストは絶景です。

スタッフの方は一人を除いて良かったです。 その一人は、朝食は7時半からということで、朝焼けを見ながらテラスで食べようと張り切って行ったのですが、「外？すごく寒いね」というだけで、ブランケットもお皿を運ぶトレイのオファーもまるでなく、更に本来ついているホットメニューの案内もなく、朝食を食べ終わって部屋に帰る途中、他のゲストが食べているのを見て、気づいた次第です。 また、部屋の小さなテラスに出てみれば、マックのジュースカップが置きっ放しになっていたり、ドライヤーは髪の毛が網に絡まっていたり。 前評判が高かったので期待していましたが、正直ガッカリしました。 ただ、シーツは上等で気持ち良かったです。 Staffs were nice except one. The one did not offer brancket nor a tray when I said I ll have breakfast on the terrace.He didn’t mention I could get hot meal,and I found that after finishing my breakfast. There was Macdonard papercup someone d left in my room terrace. But sheets are excellent.

設備もきれいで、従業員の接客もすばらしかった。海の望めるテラスからの眺望が素晴らしかった。少し奥まっており、見つけるのに苦労した。

ホテルは清潔、ダウタウンに近いので観光に便利。テラスが最高に気持ちいい。 ホテルの入り口が、路面電車の通る大きな？道から裏道に入った先にあるので、少々不便です。

３泊しました。今まで泊まったホテルの中でもベストです。 特にスタッフが全員非常に親切でプロフェッショナルでした。素晴らしい。 共用のテラスからの眺めは、そのまま絵葉書にできるくらい見事です。朝も昼も夜も素敵です。特に日の出の風景はぜひ見逃さないで欲しい。 部屋は広くはありませんが清潔で快適です。部屋にカフェがあるともっと嬉しいですね。 周辺環境としては、Alfamaにあるため、どこに行くのも坂道で大変ですが、ホテル周辺を歩くだけでも、リスボンのAlfamaならではの街の雰囲気を十分に味わえます。バスの停留所も近いですし、市内のタクシーにホテル名を伝えれば、すぐ目の前までタクシーで入れますので、不便なわけではありません。 とにかく素敵なホテルです。ぜひまた泊まりたいです。

What a gem, tucked away in Alfama area. Staff was wonderful . Hotel offered daily activities if you were interested. The terrace rooms are special, with amazing view of the river

Mamasını place to stay for holiday.

Skønt hotel med central beliggenhed i Alfama kvarteret. Lækkert terrasse område på taget med lille pool og udsigt. God morgenmad og meget sødt og serviceminded personale. Værelserne er lidt små.

Very helpful staff, most with an attitude. Made the stay unpleasant at times. Very small pool but expected given the building and location. Staff not very knowledgeable about food and drinks served. Room cleanliness was okay though it was hit or miss if we got everything replenished like coffee, water, bath mat changed etc. was an ‘ok’ stay.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The hotel is beautiful, and every other member of staff we met was warm, welcoming and professional. They really made us feel at home! The only thing that slightly affected the first impression was the check-in experience. I felt that the staff member who helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room mainly addressed my partner, even though the reservation was in my name and we were both part of the conversation. It left me feeling a little overlooked. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel and would not book again! We were dropped off at what says is the location and the hotel is not to be seen ! It is down a very dirty back alley which is not good at night at all it’s is very cobbled with big holes! No taxi will take you down the alley to the street nor pick you up !!!! I felt very unsafe and that was on arrival in the day light. I requested an early check in in advance of possible but this did not happen. The pool is very dangerous with no side on it and a sheer drop I don’t know how this has passed health and safety. Although the room was very nice and clean the outlook from the window and as tiles as they have tried to cover up the very poor outlook. They have tried to make this a boutique small hotel but have failed due to its location. I DO NOT recommend
