ロケーション、サービスもよかった。 フィヨルド観光の鉄道に乗るため朝早く、日曜日は朝食が8時からで時間がなかったが、少し早めに食べられるものがあるからと朝食をすすめてくれた。 実際8時前に十分食べるものがあった。

最初セイフティボックスが壊れていたが、フロントに伝えたところすぐに新しい部屋を用意してくださり感謝しております。 ヨーロッパのホテルは当たり前なのかもしれませんが、４つ星以上のホテルであれば歯ブラシなどの一通りのアメニティはご用意いただけるとうれしいです。 場所は大変便利で、お部屋も大変清潔、朝食もおいしかったです。

口コミの評判が良かったので、宿泊を決めたが、なぜ高評価を得ているの不思議に思う。今まで宿泊したヨーロッパの４星ホテルの中で１番良くないホテルだった。７月からクラリオンコレクションのグループから離れて経営が変わったということなので、内容が悪くなったのかもしれません。

町の中心地に位置するホテルです。スタッフの皆さんも凄く親切でした。インテリアのコーディネートも超モダンで楽しめました。

Great location near the city center could easily walk to shops, restaurants and the bus to the Ulriken cable car. We were able to check in early to the hotel, around noon, and pay a small extra fee ($10 US) for late check out (1 pm) the next day. Breakfast was amazing: lots of hot and cold choices.

Clean modern hotel with wonderful staff and a fantastic central location.

Not the best hotel really, poor breakfast, boring in general with no bar. The light in the room was poor and the room didn’t feel comfy. Like no love was put in to it. The breakfast felt a bit low standard. I expected more from this place

Det var eit veldig koseleg, og unikt rom, med flotte farger som gleda. At det låg så sentralt, og likevel var nokså stille var fantastisk. Frukosten var god, og eg koste meg på hotellet

Location is very convenient, room is nice but lots of issues : 1)- thermostat doesn’t work well, room either too hot or too cold. Notify staff and nothing was done. 2)- Mirror in bathroom if too dark and not useable. 3)- Staff on weekend has no knowledge of anything else except checking in and our for guests. 4)- Breakfast is nice but eating in the dark and low ceiling basement is not a way to start your day. 5)- management is completely out of touch on the weekend.

Good location. Good breakfast. Clean room. Good value.

The first room’s door wouldn’t lock. We had to move. The rooms were both very warm and we were unable to cool the room down. Was a nice little room, but slept poorly due to excessive warmth. Fridge don’t work either. The staff was as helpful as they could be due to strike.

Staff were great, very helpful and accommodating considering the current Strike hitting the city hotel and restaurant workers
