シャワーがぬるく、水圧が低い

出張先への移動には便利な立地でした。 部屋は必要十分で、ベットも寝心地良かったです。

夕食に間に合わず、代わりにバーでビールをせめて一杯と提案したが断られた。 部屋には蚊がいて複数箇所を刺された。 チェックインの際にパスポートを返してもらえなかった。従業員はみなさん素人。 部屋がカビ臭い。 正直、サービス、状態共に最低なホテルだと思った。寛容な私でも良い点数はつけられない。

ビジネス利用で、ルームサービスもしっかりしており、仕事しながらのディナーも大変よかったです。

Puneの北西部チンチワットに位置しており、空港とのアクセスはタクシーで45分程度。周りにはレストランなどのお店があまりないので、ほぼこのホテルの施設を利用して過ごすこととなる。ホテル内は快適。ヒルトン系列のホスピタリティが満載。今回が二度目の利用。前回はMiyukiという日本食をコースで食べたてなかなか満足したので、今回はアラカルトを頂こうとお店にはいったら、アラカルトは3 Spicesというレストランで提供するとの事。そちらに席をかえメニューを見ていたら、日本食ではなくこのお店の料理を食べたくなり、ステーキとトムヤンクンを注文。どちらもなかなかなクオリティでなおかつお手頃価格だったので大満足。次回滞在中は別のメニューにも挑戦してみようと思った。 部屋は清掃が行き届いおり至極快適。ただ日本人として欲しかったのはバスタブだがインドでビジネス利用の部屋にバスタブを要求するのは結構無理なことかとあきらめる。屋上のプールはまぁ泳げるかなという程度。その下にフィットジムルームがあり30分汗を流す。どちらも無料。 ネットワークは無料と有料の無線WiFiがあり、もちろん無料を指定。メールの送受信など問題なく出来たが、動画などを利用する場合は有料のほうがいいかも。

Clean room, good breakfast

Sauberes aber leicht in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Personal speziell beim Frühstück sollte aufmerksamer sein. Frühstücksauswahl war gut. Schöner Spa Bereich mit Pool und Gym.

Staff are excellent.

Everything was nice, but the air conditioning fan has no relation to the thermostat temperature. Set thermostat on 23 and i wake up and the room is 17.

It was a pleasant stay. The hospitality was great.

I checked into the hotel room on 6th June and was assigned a room in the evening on the 3rd floor. I returned back to the room late at night and to my surprise one of the hanging lights would not turn off at all. I raised the issue with the front desk and they assigned a technician to resolve the issue. The technical staff said that the issue is with black box which controlled the lights. The staff instead of trying to resolve the issue went ahead and started to remove the bulbs to switch off the lights. This experience was terrible. The hotel then shifted my room to the 6th floor. The bathroom was very smelly and the shower button was not functioning. The bed lamp bulbs were faulty. My overall experience was terrible

Bit dated rooms, limited options in breakfast

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pune – Chinchwad and was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was seamless, the room was of excellent quality, and the service throughout the hotel reflected a genuine commitment to hospitality. A special mention must go to Ms. Simran from the Executive Lounge. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made every interaction a pleasure. She truly embodies the spirit of hospitality and is a real asset to the hotel and the Hilton brand. As a hotelier myself from London, I deeply appreciate the passion and dedication it takes to deliver such an exceptional guest experience. Congratulations to Mr. Khizer Khan and his team for creating such a welcoming environment and maintaining such high standards. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pune.
