The location of the hotel and the friendly and cheerful attitude of the staff made for a pleasant trip. It may be a Japanese custom, but I thought it would be much more relaxing if the room amenities included slippers.

朝食をチェックアウトの日に設定していたが、飛行機の時間に間に合わないことを伝えたら、前日に変更してくれた。臨機応変な対応のお陰ですごく美味しい料理とケーキに出会うことができた。 スタッフが皆親切で丁寧で、とても快適であった。

Super Lage und großes Zimmer. Etwas dunkel und leider konnte man durch die Decke nachts sehr laut die Schritte der anderen Hotelgäste hören. Aber so ist es halt im Altbau und war auch meist nur kurz. Frühstück, Personal, Sauberkeit alles super 👍

Mit dem Taxi nicht so gut erreichbar, weil in der Innenstadt. Dafür zu Fuss alles in kürzester Zeit erreichbar, perfekt gelegen!

Utrolig sentralt hotell, låg midt i gamlebyen! Utrolig stilig hotell! Vi hadde suite og den var stor og hadde egen takterrasse med solseng!Luksus! Rengjøring hver dag! Vennlig personale! Ikke noe stress med frokosten, bra utvalg av alt.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Palma, con muchas paradas de autobús cercanas (para ir a la playa, Plaza España o Aeropuerto). Desayuno tipo buffet muy variado y rico. Tiene guardaequipaje. Personal muy amable y carismáticos. Recepción las 24 horas. NO tiene ascensor s partir de la primera planta.

Location, location! A little hard to find but easy once you're there. Very nice staff. Room was really nice and bathroom was large. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

This property is within walking distance of pretty much everything. Beautiful room.

Second visit 2 years running. Loved the place last year when booked for my wife’s 50th birthday. Great spacious rooms. Lovely cannoli shop next door and famous Spanish restaurant El Camino next door. Just up from a wonderful square where you can wine dine and people watch. Fantastic value for money. Well done again.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Palma.

Lovely old building, thoughtfully remodelled as hotel accommodation in old town. Breakfast was great and included in price. Tapas and drinks very good, too. Highly recommend.

Nous avons trouvé qu’il y avait odeur d’humidité dans la chambre mais sinon tout était parfait!

Ein sehr stylisches Hotel in altem Gemäuer, mitten in der Altstadt. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war klein, aber schön, mit gutem Bett. Sehr schön ist das Restaurant und der blumige Innenhof. Ausreichendes Frühstück mit frischen Sachen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
