The pictures on the site not the same with the reality, room smells bad which calls allergy, we payed its charge earlier before we came here, so if the condition is not suitable it must have been refunded by the administration to make foreign tourists comfortable, but they said it’s non refundable, every country in this world can refund the money which is payed earlier, but this place especially your hotel tuana patong hotel is horrible . มีมัดจำห้องตอนเช็คอิน 2,000 บาท แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นและเสียงดัง ได้ห้องที่เหม็นสี แต่พนักงานก็เปลี่ยนห้องให้ ราคาถูกในช่วงโลว์ซีซัน แต่ถ้ารับเรื่องการบริการและความสะอาดของโรงแรมได้ก็จัดไปครับ
