スタッフの対応は丁寧でした。部屋にケトルがなく、受付で声をかけると貸してくれました。テルミニ駅までのバスの番号、バス停も案内してくれて、助かりました。

停電が頻発に起こります。 私が宿泊した時は夜間はスタッフがおらず、停電の際22時〜8時まで真っ暗でエアコンも使えず、スマホの充電も出来ずに過ごしました。夏季だとエアコンなしではとても眠れません。全部屋起こっていたので、周りの方も怒り狂っていました。 スタッフの対応もあまり良くない為、次は宿泊したくありません。

Very cleaned, Room a little small but we were there to sleep only. Localization is perfect to walk to the principal attractions.

Wir hatten ein ganz schreckliches Zimmer, genau unter dem Speiseraum oder unter der Küche. Es war so laut, dass man in der Nacht kaum zur Ruhe gekommen ist. Dann liefen irgendwelche Maschinen die ganze Nacht. Es war nicht auszuhalten. Der Lärmpegel war extrem das Frühstück und das Hotel an sich war okay

This hotel was perfectly located, felt safe especially with the front doors locking at night, and had adorable rooms! Also loved the rooftop.

Posizione straordinaria appena fuori Piazza Navona, le camere hanno uno stile barocco ma la punta di diamante di questa struttura è la sala colazioni in un rooftop con vista sui tetti di Roma, dall'altare della Patria fino a San Pietro! Il personale è super cortese e disponibile, la colazione abbastanza varia, sinceramente la consiglio vivamente di prendere insieme alla camera, ne vale la pena! Questa è già la seconda vola che soggiorno qui e sicuramente ci sarà una prossima volta!
