観光地には非常に近く、立地は確かに便利ですが、それだけでこの価格は正直割高に感じました。 「5つ星ホテル」とされていますが、実際の体験としてはせいぜい3つ星相当の水準だと思います。 滞在中、いくつか気になる点がありました。 まず、排水が弱く、シャワー後に水がなかなか流れません。アメニティのシャンプーボトルが壊れていました。 また、部屋に入った瞬間にインクやペンキのような強い匂いが立ちこめており、換気も不十分でした。気になる人は避けた方が良いでしょう。 アメニティについては、歯ブラシ、パジャマ、バスローブ等はなく、スリッパは用意されていましたが、全体的に簡素な印象です。 冷蔵庫はほとんど冷えず、飲み物などを冷やすには不十分でした。 さらに、上の階の足音が響きやすく、夜間も気になることがありました。 一方で、屋上の朝食は少しだけ質が高く、通常の朝食ブッフェよりは満足感がありました。景色は周りの建物が見えるくらいでそこそこです。 全体として、価格とサービス内容が釣り合っておらず、ホテルのコストパフォーマンスは悪いです。 パンテオン、トレビ、ナヴォーナなど街並みの散策は楽しい体験です。

綺麗でいいホテルでした。スタッフの皆さんもとても感じがよかったです。 朝食は宿泊料には含まれていないので別で払う必要があります。

パンテオンに近く便利な場所でした。デザイナーズ的な内装のためか、椅子や棚が利便性が悪い構造でした。部屋に2重ロックがないのが不安でした。

シャワーの水が外に漏れます。 そのうち詰まってきてもっと激しく漏れます。

You can walk to the main sightseeing spot. There is a helpful and hospitable staff, it is a charming little hotel.

8部屋のみの 小さなホテルだけど 建物内 モダンで 新しく 使い易い。サービスも 親切で 行き届いている。 朝食は もちろん 美味しかったが 夕方 コーヒーなどとケーキ、フルーツなどのサービスもあり！中心部で どこに行くのも 便利な場所！

レイトチェックインでしたが、事前にメールでやり方を教えて頂き全く問題なく出来ました。朝食も美味しく、問い合わせにも対応きちんと頂きました。何よりも 各観光名所にアクセスしやすく、周辺のレストラン、出店も安くバスも使いやすかったです。 Hotel gave the late check in instruction in advance so no trouble. Also can took good breakfast and good response for our inquiry. More than anything, can be access to famous sightseeing spot and bus stop.There're reasonable cheap restaurant and souvenior stand.

ホテルはこじんまりしたブティックホテル。スタッフがとにかく最高。とても感じが良いです。 トレビの泉5分、スペイン階段10分、ベネチア広場10分。ホテル→パンテオン→ナヴォーナ広場→サンタンジェロ城→バチカン　すべて歩けます。途中　川を渡り景色は最高です。 疲れたらバス停目の前、観光案内所も目の前　バス、地下鉄のチケットも楽々買えます。　　近くに水など買える小さなスーパーはありませんが、ケーキ、パンケーキ、クッキー、飲み物などがいつもfreeで飲食できます。　シャワーは慣れるまで少々使いにくいのですが　スリッパ、その他アメニティもすべて揃っています。 ホテルの入口は2階で少し分かりにくいのですが、１階奥に二人乗りのレトロな楽しいエレベーターがあります。　ホテルの人に教えてもらったレストランはとても美味しかった！　評価が高いのは実感できました。　 久しぶりに良いホテルに泊まれました。

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Staff, especially in the restaurant, were very attentive. Breakfast was delicious each morning and set us up well for the day. Lunch on our first day was also very tasty. The roof top bar was nice. Complimentary biscuits on arrival and cake in our last night was a lovely touch. The only downside was the spa. While cute, the three rooms were not worth 90 euros for an hour and a half. You would only really need an hour tops in there due to the size of the space. I also did not like the fact there was no room to change, we should have been given robes and allowed to change in our room. The steam room had steam, but no heat and after walking up the steps in the jacuzzi and the railings falling apart we came out of the spa after ten minutes. I think if this was an added extra for the hotel and use of it included in the price to stay, it would be much more reasonable. It was a shame as everything else about the hotel we loved. Comfy bed, hot shower etc. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Excelente !! Só um ponto que precisa melhor , é o Wi-Fi . No quarto dificilmente funciona internet , mas os outros pontos positivos superam esse detalhe

Camera pulita, personale accogliente, colazione e cena ottime. Dall'hotel, situato in un posto strategico, è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi punto d'interesse turistico.

A mio parere un 4 stelle carino, da un 5 stelle però ci si aspetta un altro livello. La Reception è minuscola, non c'è una vera hall dove poter stare seduti tranquillamente e rilassarsi. Le finestre non sono ben insonorizzate e la strada su cui si affaccia è rumorosa. Anche la porta della stanza e le pareti non sono spesse.

this was not a "5-star" hotel with a 9.2 rating. Am sorry, the building, the service and the rooms justify maybe a 3.5 stars. The is no lobby, nowhere to sit. While the location is very good (only reason I went to 2 stars), in general it was a very disappointing experience. Thank you!

La habitación limpia amplía el personal amable solo que cuando se hizo la reserva incluía el desayuno y a la llegada se nos dijo que no tenía desayuno por lo cual esto te cambia tus gastos
