夜遅い時間の到着だったので、空港ピックアップを依頼し、無事にホテルチェックインが出来た。市内のマップも貰えたし、フロントスタッフの対応が気持ち良かった。

トイレの排水が悪く溢れてしまいました。しかしそれ以外は部屋の設備も清潔で広く使いやすく、wifiも良好、素晴らしかったです。ホテルスタッフも親切、午前中外出するためチェックアウトを1時間ほど伸ばしてもらえるよう相談した際も問題なく使わせてもらえました。

Tudo bom , staff, quarto , limoeza,, localização , somente o café da manhã muito simples e " engessado" alguns itens para escolher!!!!

The room was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful when needed. Having a small kitchenette in the room was nice and the balcony overlooking the Recoleta Cemetery was perfect. We also used the 9th floor deck for even better views. Location is also excellent. We were very pleased with this choice.

Vista para o cemiterio, é uma aprthotel com uma diminuta cozinha, como café da manha vc ganha um voucher restriti a escolher um dos combos na cafeteria tercerizada localizada no sagao, fomos tomar cafe as 08:30 (funciona das 07:30-10:30) por suas vezes mesmo horario nao tinha mais o croissant (ela falaram que era porque tinha muita gente no hotel ??) ar condicionado limitado nao esfriava suficiente para o calor , limpeza precaria, toalhas rasgadas no banheiro

Amazing view over the cemetery. Room is well designed, space to relax and balcony. Easy location. Breakfast is simple yet tasty. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely and chill hotel, good location, nice roof views of Recoleta, nice rooms and clean Franco is amazing ! Pool bit small and was dirty but enough to cool off

We were greeted warmly, arrived before check in time and prepared to drop our bags in luggage storage room and explore. While we were chatting, asking about their favorite gelato spots, they said our room was ready, so nice of them to allow us access a few hours early! The room was spacious, pleasant, 5th floor meant the room was bright, not an exciting view of buildings. Small kitchen, if you like to have a nibble in the room. This is directly across the street from the back of the famous Recoletta Cemetery, a very fast walk to one of the #1 tourist attractions in the city. Breakfast menu had 6 options and some of the best tasting coffee we had in Argentina.

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and they graciously held my bags after checkout so I could see a little more of wonderful Buenos Aires before my flight. The attached cafe was very good. The location is perfect so many things are withing walking distance. The room was very large, with a balcony and kitchenette which would be perfect if you are staying a few days.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was also very good. Very easy to walk around right from the hotel. And the view from the recalotta cemetery is a plus
