最高のホテル！ 最寄駅のウィンダミアから徒歩15~20分かかりますが迷うほどの道程ではないので問題なし。 観光するには反対側のボウネスという町を経由することになるのでここら辺のホテルを利用するのが最適かと思いますよ。 ホテルの部屋もかわいいし、ハウスクリーニングの度にウェルカムテディベアが「お帰りなさい」とお迎えしてくれるようにベッドの上の置かれているので嬉しかったですね。清潔ですしシングルルームでもベッドはダブルサイズでのびのび眠れます。 朝食は無料で食べれますが、ホテルの食事なので朝からゴージャス！メニューも豊富で毎朝何を食べようか迷うくらい。もちろん美味しいです.。しかもがっつり(笑）しょせんイギリスの食事なんて、みたいなイメージは吹っ飛びましたね。私は利用しませんでしたがディナーもアフタヌーンティーも割と手頃な値段で楽しめます。テラスからの眺めもいいし、ここに座ってゆっくりお茶やお酒を飲みながらくつろぐのもいいでしょう。 スタッフもみんな親切ですよ。常に笑顔で対応してくれます。向こうのほうから『グッドモーニング』『ハロー』といつでも声をかけてくれます。 サウナやプールもあるのでリフレッシュしたい時は便利ですね。 湖水地方に旅行行かれる方は必見必須のホテルです。 ぜひここに滞在してみて下さい。

お部屋は十分な広さで、ベッドも広く清潔感もあり快適でした。個人的にバスタブがあったことが一番嬉しかったです。アメニティ類も揃っていました。ホテルも全体的に清掃がされていて共用のトイレもキレイでした。朝食のメインがいくつか種類があり選べ、とっても美味しかったです。今回は1泊のみでしたが、次回は2泊以上滞在してもいいなと思えるホテルでした。

Considering the price, the stay was satisfactory. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, etc. it was just a bit far from the town/ station, and it is probably hard for elderly to walk back to the hotel as you need to walk up a long hill. But overall, it is a very nice cozy hotel.

Rm 16 was amazing. Breakfast staff were run off their feet and flustered due to only 3 staff of duty. The South African lady at the reception desk was was so friendly& helpful, she'd make a good manager!

Well situated property with easy access to the lakes and local attractions. Easy to get to from the M6z beautiful views of the lakes from the lounge and the restaurant. Good choice of breakfast. Plenty of onsite parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent room well kept and clean. Shower and toilet facilities were good. There is a pool also but I didn’t get the opportunity to use it. Highlight of this property is the lounge with large windows giving a full view of the Lake District and the lakes while you sit and relax sipping on a cup of tea and taking in the breathtaking view of Lake Windermere and the greenery around.

From the minute we pulled up to the hotel we knew we’d picked the right one out of the abundance in Windermere and the best bit, it was cheeper. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and make your stay easier, even after checkout. The hotel was modern and subtle and perfectly presented and the views, while relaxing in one of the several lounge areas inside and out, were outstanding. The breakfast !! Unreal. We will be staying again and I recommend you do too.

The room was clean and comfortable and dog friendly but was still a nice room . Our dog had Strega pack on arrival which was really nice and it was easy having her with us to eat which was great

This hotel is an excellent choice for brilliant, attentive staff, cleanliness, great food and plenty of room for parking and is well recommended

The hotel was above my expectations. We felt welcome, looked after and everything was just tip top. We had an Occasion room with lake view. The room was spacious and felt newly refurbished. The bed was comfortable, big and linen luxurious. Smart TV was a bonus. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We used sauna and pool. Excellent stay!

This was a last min booking i will never regret.

Clean and beautiful room. The view from the window was not good but I choose a cheaper room so that not big problem. The view was beautiful from the restaurant. Staff were kind.

Couldnt fault it. Last minute ‘get away’ booking as a solo traveller. Room lovely and spotless. Every single staff member warm and friendly. Best hot chocolate i think ive ever had! Pool and sauna an added bonus.

The only issue we had was our room was right by the main entrance and it was so loud of a morning and night, people smoking and chatting right outside the window, Room 1. Loved everything else, just a shame we had that room.

The hotel was beautiful and all the wonderful festive decorations made it feel very special. Bar staff were wonderful. I loved sipping my gin by the warm crackling fire place. The breakfast room was wonderful with lovely views of the snowy mountain tops. Great selection available for breakfast. My Eggs Royal were lovely, thank you for our amazing stay!
