部屋自体は清潔で快適でした。 子バエが時々いたのは土地柄仕方ないのかな。 グラスや食器も使え、電子レンジや食洗機までありました。 毎日のキーピングもキチンとしてました。 水は毎日補充してもらえると思っていたら、補充なし。ティッシュもあるとよかった。 隣がうるさい時があり、声や音がよく聞こえたので、快適かどうかは隣次第。 ホテルのまわりは何もないですが、少し歩けば色々とあるので、問題なかったです。 コンベンションセンターに近いことが第一条件だったので、これを満たしていたのでokです。

15:00にチェックインのため荷物を預けるのに2階まで階段で上がりました。 私達の宿泊場所の一階(二階もある)に又、下ろすのが少し大変でした。 近くにメイシーズ、マーシャルズその他色々あります。 とても便利な場所でした。 キッチン付き、バスタブ無しのシャワーのみ、タイルが少し汚いです。 キッチンペーパーはありますがティッシュ無し、トイレは流れにくいので紙は少しづつ流した方が良いです。 WiFi無料、テレビはベットで見れません。ですがテレビの前にソファーがあります。 アイロン有り。一階のためカーテンは開けなかったので暗かったですがホテルにこもるわけではないので問題ないでしょう。 この時期のサウスビーチなのに安かったです。

プラス面＊綺麗でファシリティも整っていて滞在中とても快適に過ごせた。 マイナス面＊上階や隣室の音が少し大きく聞こえる時があった

Just need more staff at location but beautiful place

The hotel was clean. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. My husband is disabled and I failed to mention that fact but they took great care of us. The cons was that you could hear everything thru the walls and it was kinda loud.In front of our room was the smoking section and the smell did creep into the room. Other than that it was a good stay. Would recommend if you don’t mind hearing other people going about life.

From beginning to end our stay was amazing. The customer service was incredible. The property is gorgeous. The location is perfect. Every time I do business in Miami I’m staying here.

Perfect If you have an event at the Miami Beach convention center it’s a walk across the street Shopping and restaurants on Lincoln Road There’s also a few night spots on Lincoln Road Supermarkets Trader Joe’s and Publix (3) Fresh Market Regal movies (18) on Alton road Of course there’s fast food and a new favorite Canes ( chicken ) Well that’s about it

Awful communication. There are so many other places to stay. Not recommended.

We had an excellent experience! For a family trip, we had exactly the stay we imagined. Very well located, Publix very close! Roberto helped us at all times, making our stay even more peaceful!

Charged me extra to get in for taxes and fees even though when I booked this hotel I paid for taxes and fees. Fell more like a scam.

The location was good, space was clean and comfortable. It was a little simple for the price but nothing wrong, would stay again.

Easy access

The property's location was great! It is near tons of shops and outlets in South Beach. The apartment itself was okay. We had a garden-level place, so local bugs were in our bathroom. Our bathroom shower sucked; it sprayed water everywhere. Overall, the property was solid.

Amazing place with kitchen and laundry. Great location, easy to walk anywhere, grocery, parks, pools, or beach.
