Delirio was clean with the most lovely friendly staff. It’s a budget hotel, no frills but very clean & balcony room was a plus to see the views & street life . Unfortunately we were not warned of INSANE construction going on. The beautiful courtyard with pool does not exist - it’s full of scaffolding . Hammering & drilling at all hours until 7:30pm! We had to call the front desk daily to ask them to stop drilling in our wall, they would stop when we called but continued each day. Otherwise would be a great budget stay with pretty balcony view .

I made a reservation, but I had to change the date. I was able to reach once the hotel, but I was never able to reach them again to finish the process of changing the date. So I had to book another hotel, and i was not refunded. The hotel seems nice, but my experience with client service and refund was very bad.

O hotel é excelente. Fomos muito bem recebidos com um suco geladinho! Reservamos um quarto simples e nos brindaram um com varanda de frente! Maravilhoso. Super limpo, toalhas macias, bom espaço no quarto. Café da manhã muito gostoso, com opções feitas na hora, como omelete, panquecas e arepas.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, a uma quadra da Catedral de Santa Catalina de Alejandria. Seguro, aconchegante e com decoração simples e eficiente, roupa de cama e banho limpa e confortável. Destaque para a equipe de funcionários: Sra Marlis nos preparava pratos incríveis no café da manhã, muito carinhosa. O Johnny, também do café, sempre atencioso.

O hotel é um charme. Dentro de um casarão de época mas oferece todo conforto e estrutura de um hotel de alto padrão. O Delirio tem excelente localização, dentro da cidade Amuralhada, perto dos principais pontos turísiticos, possibilitando acesso a tudo a pé. Funcionários muito gentis, amáveis e prontos a te ajudar em qualquer circunstância. Café da manhã completo e super gostoso.

Just a jewel in the middle of the action in the old town . Fair price small sweet hotel. Amazing staff. Safe and easy to get around . I loved it.

The hotel has an excellent location and a premium service. The room was clean and the has a balcony where I can drink my cup of coffee with an awesome view of the tower church.

This is the most unclean and cheap looking room I’ve ever stayed in. Not worth $160 a night. The room, shower, sink is very poor quality and with grime and rust. Cheap chipping paint. The floors and room emanate every single sound from the outside so we couldn’t sleep. There is no balcony or view. They only show you the best rooms in their photos. The stairs don’t even have hand rails which is so dangerous when walking down (I’m 6 mo. pregnant). The WiFi constantly went out so i ended up using a lot of data on my phone without realizing it. The concierge have a poor attitude about working. Look at you crazy if you ask them a simple question (we speak fluent Colombian Spanish). Won’t refill the waters in the lobby (pitcher always empty) and never brought us the juice they promised during check-In. Even when I asked for it he pitched be filled so I could have a glass of water, they didn’t want to. Even in the daytime, they’re not at their desk to buzz us in at the door. My goodness, we’ve stayed at many beautiful hotels in Cartagena for much less and better hospitality. This place was such a scam. The only exception was the nice gentleman that served us our eggs in the morning who was the only hospitable person.
