チェックイン時には、ドリンクサービスがあり、セキュリティーのよいホテル。 旧市街は歩いて観光できる。美術館やアルマス広場へも歩いて行ける。 近くに夜でも歩いて行ける価格も手頃でチリワインが楽しめ料理も美味しいレストランが幾つかあり、 便利。 ホテル設備は近代的で、水洗トイレ、可動式シャワーが備えられており、ミネラルウォーターの無料サービスもありました。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェルのアメニティがありました。 バスタブはありません。 朝食は１階のカフェのメニューから好きなものをオーダーし、朝食費は宿泊費に含まれていました。 ホットサンド、マッフィン、ケーキ、温められたクロワッサン、ヨーグルト、コーヒーやカプチーノ、ジュースもオーダーできます。 スタップは親切で、レストランの場所を教えてくれたり、タクシーの手配もしてもらえました。 WiFiの部屋やロビー、カフェで利用可能です。 宿泊客は若い人が多く、１階はカフェバーであるため日によっては低層階だと少し騒々しい時もありました。 価格とロケーション、サービス、設備は適当だと思いました。

O hotel tem um estilo boutique e fomos muito bem atendidos. O staff é amigável e prestativo e nos deixaram muito confortáveis na nossa estadia. A localização é ótima, em frente a um parque, então o quarto era bem silencioso. Fica perto do metrô e de ótimos restaurantes em Lastarria. O quarto é espaçoso, tem aquecimento central, com boas roupas de cama e toalhas (que foram trocadas todos os dias). O banheiro tem um secador potente e também boas amenities disponíveis (shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido). O café da manhã era muito bom, com café tirado na hora. Poderiam haver mais opções de frutas frescas, como um pequeno detalhe. O time da cozinha sempre muito solícito e sempre ofereciam ovos mexidos ou omelete pra gente (feitos na hora).

It was really great there. Helpful staff, clean, modern, nice balcony and fresh air. Only thing was the power was out for about 3 hours from the city so was a bit cold in winter. The breakfast was fantastic too.

Hotel is in an excellent area of Santiago. Safe with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooftop deck is a nice place to sit and relax. Staff was excellent! The breakfast included was delicious with lots of options. Would definitely recommend.

No entra en la excelencia por fallos en pequeños detalles como que la persiana no se podía abrir completamente o que la llave de entrada a veces fallaba. Por lo demás todo bien

The hotels was conveniently located within walking distance to all the major attractions. Also about a block away were a lot of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was nice with a view of San Cristobal. I would recommend the hotel.

Hotel Ismael Very nice location, across from a park and close proximity to local points of interest. The room was well appointed with a refrigerator, comfortable bed, hot shower and a complimentary bottle of wine. We arrived early (like 8:00am) and our room was not ready but Diego 1 (there were two Diegos so the other was Diego 2 - at their request) asked if we wanted to have breakfast which was a buffet which was pretty well stocked with eggs, bacon/ sausage and a variety of fruits, pastries, breads, meats and cheese. We found out you could order custom eggs, but we were happy with what was available - they also had a panini machine which I used once and was quite pleased. The staff was helpful and most spoke enough English to get by. The other positive part about the location was its proximity to Latarria which is an artsy area with a lot of street vendors and restaurants. We found many delightful restaurants within walking distance. The roof pool was a nice feature but was small with limited seating. All in all it was a great hotel, nice and friendly staff and good value for money.

El personal, atento para dudas pero muy poco eficiente. Tuve problemas con cafetera, tv y me toco llamar 3, 4 veces para q viniera alguien a resolver

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ismael in Santiago! Great Location! Walkable neighborhood! Great breakfast too! Pool was not heated, which was a bummer.
